I agree with you on most things. I really want my role back if that’s ok and if you really dont like me question anything you are doing then i will just stop and do my work and come up with ideas instead. I just thought everyone was entitled to their opinion with their ideas and it seems i went to far.
Why is everybody fighting over who decides to be leader of the fan comic? Everybody’s opinions, even Rizefall’s, should be valued, not shunned. You guys need to be working together to make the comic come to life, not go on a power trip.
I do value everyone’s opinion, which is why Rizefall will always be free to post his ideas and critique others here, which I will consider. That applies to everyone, and I don’t want that to change.
The last thing I want is for people to become divided over this issue. If you think hammy and I were too hasty in our decision, just say so.

I think Rizefall might’ve come off in a way he didn’t mean to. I don’t think he meant to sound as harsh as he did. I do think he had some good ideas.
You dont have to call me an ego when all i did was to use every knowledge i have in media and as a professional writer to help these guys. Is that being ego? Then i feel sorry for this planet.

and I have to say, after reading that bit of fighting or arguing in the actual thread, I am not sure I would want to be a part of this, even if asked. If this is the infighting going on, I doubt very seriously this thing will get done, and as such, the comic may not be the best done.
For the club members, stop the fighting. Take ideas for a certain week, and vote on them. Perhaps its best to have an odd number of members so there is no complete division. Whatever the majority decides thusly becomes the storyline.
Next, the art. Same thing.
But if you are going to argue and *****, perhaps its best to have different fan comics with smaller groups going out, and putting up the work. Then perhaps the fans can agree which comic is better. Best piece of news would be, well this one had better action compared to this one, the writing in A is better than B, but the art and direction is better in B than A, etc.
Not trying to be derisive here, but I’ve been in too many groups that have torn themselves apart by infighting.
Again not trying to step on anyone’s feet, but arguing is just going to slow down the project, not do anything for it.

My problem is just this.. It did not matter if i were “a part of it” or not. My place there is no different now then before i was one of the writers. It feels like Hammy and Gold Lion sit on their throne and just do their thing hoping others will help but we dont actually “work” on the project, we just come with ideas which they like or dont like.
This comic seems to be a 2-man game right now, played by Hammy and our dear Gold Lion.
The reason hammy and I are leading the project is because we’re the two who first proposed it, and people asked that someone be in charge. I had originally wanted no single person to be the leader, but it soon became clear that with so many conflicting ideas about what the story should be that people would become divided and not get anything done. So, I thought it would be better with two people in charge who would be open to other people’s ideas and make decisions based on what we all could work out and agree on, while still having a consistent creative vision. hammy and I seem to work well together and agree on this.
If we wanted to, we could just come up with everything ourselves and shun everyone else’s opinions, but if we wanted to do that we wouldn’t have bothered making this thread or the social group just for this project.
The only infighting has been between us and Rizefall. Rizefall, if you want to convince me that you don’t have a big ego, then please stop claiming to be a professional, either in writing or editing or whatever else. That kind of behavior doesn’t help, whether or not it’s true. Second, this is not the first time you’ve been difficult for me to deal with, and other members who have spent time on this forum know that. Even after we’ve moved on from those incidents, I still find myself having what feels more like heated arguments with you rather than a worthwhile discussion. You keep saying you don’t mean to be difficult, and maybe you don’t, but you keep repeating the same kind of behavior anyway so it doesn’t seem like you’re trying to improve.
And this is not about simply not liking your ideas, nor is it simply you disagreeing with ours. balgus has objected to my ideas before, but he’s proven to be easy to work with, gives good reasons for his objections, and offers good alternatives as well without coming across as antagonistic. So have many of the other staff members and people who just post in this thread. But so far they haven’t called my arguments pointless or belittled ideas as cliche or unoriginal.
I get that it’s easy to call hammy and I out for being tyrannical because we’re the head writers and some people may not like it that we’re the ones making final decisions, because what right do we have to do that? I get that maybe some people might feel the need to keep us from going power mad and not listening to what anyone else has to say. But I’m telling you all that hammy and are are not going to be that way. I’ve repeated over and over that I want people to give their ideas and critique my own, because I know I can make mistakes. I might not be sold on someone else’s idea at first, but it’s not like you can’t convince me with a good solid argument.
Coming up with ideas counts as work. Drawing concept art is work. The general purpose of this comic though is to create our own second season that’s close to what Norton and Jelenic and Spaulding had in mind, and as of now we can’t really proceed with actually writing it because we still don’t know some of the important details that would have been in the second season, namely what the last stone does, and how it ends. I’m sorry if it seems like we’re wasting time right now, but I don’t want to proceed without that knowledge or else it won’t be much better than fan fiction, not unless the creators miraculously tell us to go ahead and decide those things for ourselves.
I’m not asking Rizefall or anyone to agree to all our ideas or do everything we say, but if you want to work on this project with us, I don’t think it’s too much to ask that you at least have good behavior and avoid antagonizing anyone, intentionally or not, because I wouldn’t want to keep doing this if it meant having to continue dealing with someone I found unpleasant. You want to question us, go ahead, but don’t insist on questioning us at every turn because you think the head writers are acting arrogant and need to be brought down a peg.
If everyone really, really disagrees with the decision hammy and I made and thinks we’re acting like jerks with low tolerance, then maybe we can work something out that will satisfy everyone, because I really do not want this project dissolving because of it.

You and hammy are not acting better, you have still acted like you own this and you two have both showed “we are leaders, not you rizefall” in my face several times regarding ideas and such, and the only times i’ve said i’m a proffesional is those times when i told anyone WHY i wanted to help. Cause i know how to write, i know how media works and i’ve never said it or used it in such a way that i’m better or a “pro” (pro now meaning i’m the best). Just that i know these stuff.
And how was i hard to work with? Other than being annoying in the end i really did nothing else then question your ideas and for some reason you got ****ed and tired of me but not others. I never acted mad, i never acted like i owned the show. You just said like “hm i think Kaynar should use fire” and i said “Well i dotn think he should use fire cause he’s to dumb to understand magic”. Was that kind of typing bad of me? What else could i have said?
I will still post my ideas but you two have sadly made it that i dont really care what happens with this comic anymore. You two are way to bossy, acting like you are better then the rest and when ONE person came around trying to help and said his opinions on many subjects he gets canned. Even though i said several times your ideas are not bad but you can tweak them in many ways to make it better for the readers and for it to make sense in the story and it’s universe.
You guys are great, but i think you dont fit the leader role over a project like this at all, and i’m not saying that cause i think i would do a better job. I just think everyone working on this should stay on equal footing.
My project is more advanced than yours. I’ve finished my script. In a month I will initiate the creation of my comic or graphic novel.
I can help with your project … but my problem is that my English is poor. I can help with the design of ships and characters. Also with the work with the pencils but no ink or colors.

I was away on the weekend but I caught up with the pages.
Since I’m not a writer ( and I don’t think I would fit the role in story ideas either, since I haven’t seen the 80’s series) I’m waiting for the time when I will actually be useful. 
But as soon as I read the story and spot inconsistencies and contradictions, I will point them out! 
I am constantly try to read the forum so if you have some need for art do ask! (I’m available on tumblr more) But please do understand that I1m back into university in 2 weeks so I will have limited time to spend.
There is one thing I would like to point out about the story. The first season built up a universe that is very different from the original. I hope the writers will stick to that instead of running away, trying to push everything from the original into the new. ( Like humans. I want to see NONE.)
Remember, the show is clearly understandable to those who have never seen the original. I would like it if it would stay that way.

matius, good luck with your comic too. It looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you. I like some of your drawings and designs, so maybe you could lend a hand with the art if we need someone else at some point.
You won’t have to worry about humans on my part. I don’t think they should be in the NS at all.
