Would it be possible for Jaga to appear before Lion-O and Cheetara together in the comic since he was a father figure to both of them?
Anything is possible, in my opinion. The contributors have the final say, though.
Perhaps. I’m thinking about having a long section where it’s just Lion-O and Cheetara on a mission. And Tygra’s completely okay with it so it’s not awkward.

@hammy What do you have in mind if I may ask? I just can’t help but feel that bitter sweet ending of her if Mumm-Ra is defeated. But knowing you, you found a loop hole.
I have a plan. Trust me, it’s going to work out and she’ll be a true ThunderCat in the end. Not without the struggles, near-deaths, and drama of course! 
New ideas I thought of.
The ocean is located in the opposite direction that the other stones were. The Cats travel back to Thundera first to make sure everything is stable before going further. On their way, the ThunderCats have to travel the Lizard’s territory in the swamp lands, and the misty mountains and jungles inhabited by the monkeys and birds where Addicus was to be executed.
The lizard’s home has not benefited greatly from Mumm-Ra’s militarization. Slithe rules it with an iron claw and hordes all the food gained from Thundera’s conquest for him and his army, sparing little for those lizards who must farm the newly gained lands. The Cats have to sneak through there, and end up being aided by the same lizards he helped in the first two episodes. Lion-O learns of a rebellion being formed among some of the lizards. The Cats agree to help if they promise to end the age long conflict between the races when its all over.
From the swamps, the Cats travel south to the the misty, mountainous jungles. The mountain jungles are the home of both the Monkey tribes and the rest of the Bird Nation. The birds from Avista could possibly migrate here until their city is back up.
It’s in this region the cats find out that the Birds and Monkeys are in conflict, much like how the Cats and Lizards were. Addicus was no mere vicious psycho, but a war lord who had gained power and been leading many other monkeys to raid the birds, until he was caught. He returns to his home some time before the Cats get there and has not only re assumed control, but is now recruiting monkeys into Mumm-Ra’s army. I think it’s time we saw more than lizard soldiers in Mumm-Ra’s forces. They use the Monkey’s hatred of the birds convince them to join, the same way they used the lizard’s hatred of the cats. The birds have been shown that they can be arrogant as well, so they may have been driving the monkeys from their homes.
Lion-O sees what’s happening, and he makes it his mission to stop the tragedy that destroyed Thundera from destroying the Bird Nation as well. While the ThunderCats are in the jungle mountains, he tries to bring peace to the two races. Although this doesn’t stop many monkeys from joining Mumm-Ra, like the ruthless barbarians and bandits that Addicus leads, the rest of the monkeys do agree to peace. After that, the Cats finally find themselves at the coast.
These two plots could be great places to introduce some of our own OCs for the lizards and the monkeys. I also thought of doing flashbacks to how Addicus and Kaynar came to be captured with their own issues focused on them. I thought that Kaynar could have been kicked out of his pack for being too blood thirsty. We might also consider if we want jackals and dogs to be a part of Mumm-Ra’s army. They don’t seem very united, to there could be dogs on both sides. Kaynar could have his own band of psychos like himself.
More ideas; I thought that maybe if we wanted to introduce the Warrior Maidens, they could be a female group of ThunderCat soldiers that Pumyra was once a part of. Maybe they could have fled to the jungles.
We could have an issue where they find the caves of time, and Kit and Kat end up aging to Lion-O’s age, but just temporarily. Also, they start to use smoke and gas bombs and join in more fights.
An idea for a ThunderCats comic: The history of Third-Earth.
This is one of those comics that tells the history of the civilizations that thieve on Third-Earth, or a history of Third-Earth before the animals came. It would show flashes of how the dogs developed a love for gladiatorial combat, how the elephants became spiritualists, and how the cats developed a culture that looks like a cross between the Medieval Ages and the Roman Empire.
Now, a history of Third-Earth before the animals came would be like how Earth became Third-Earth, starting with First-Earth, present day Earth, Second-Earth, post-apocalyptic Earth, and ending with Third-Earth, revitalized Earth. It would also show what happened to the human race and also show how humanity is surviving in their new environment, i.e. Warrior Maidens and Dr. Dometone’s society.
We most definitely deserve to know more about Third Earth. Thanks for the story idea, kman.

Nothing about the series, but we’re making this comic by ourselves, if you’re implying that we’ll have to get permission.
I don’t think we should start doing the chat room until the interviews start coming out or we find out what would happen in season 2.
Also, what do you guys think of the ideas I posted earlier? I would really like to do plots for those, even if they were never planned by the original crew.
