Probably. I think he would’ve given up on her earlier if he just wanted to help her get her freedom and nothing else.
i thought that this ep was probably the best of what ive seen so far even thuogh the ep itself didnt get to be good till it was a few minutes into it/ i must say that i did like the plot of how they got to free pumyra the secondary plot w the thunderkittens i could of done without. i was wondering though if the rest of the thundercats were going to do something though when they were in the arena and even though they showed a little emotion they held back. i guess cause it was sort of even, even though liono didnt fight back.
as far as what i would give it ratings wise, its a good 6. hopefully next week will be good
Well i don’t think he would have given up..but he probably would have approached the situation differently and incorporated the group a bit more in her rescue…the fact that he choose to do this on his own…and foolishly.. shows that he is possibly driven by other means…
Actually, he was pretty smart during the actual match. He knew he could show her that he cared by not fighting.
I liked the thunderkittens side story with Snarf.
He was smart in the matter of convincing Pumyra that he would stand by her…but foolish in his plan for rescueing her at the very begining. Liono expected her to be happy to be rescued by the king and follow him…What he didnt expect is that he would have to PROVE to her that he was worth following.
He wasn’t necessarily foolish because she didn’t want him to rescue her. He didn’t know that she hated him beforehand. Sure, he could have thought it over a little more before he tried to help her escape, but what else was he going to do?
He was foolish in going to rescue her by himself without using the groups assistance…Its pretty clear that Lion O did this without consulting them first..it was an impulsive move that went wrong…his assumption that his subjects would follow him is more of a learning curve than really foolish…its important that he meet Pumyra in this way…it progresses his development as a king…He is learning that you have to Prove yourself as king by actions and not just words/titles.
The group would have only got him caught easier if they assisted him in helping her.. Lion-O’s plans are great, but he never has a fallback if they end up failing. I think everyone (at least Cheetara and Tygra) knew he would try to rescue her, and he even implied himself that he was going to do it.
The new episode if there good or not. We have Pumyra on the team now.
That’s all that really matters to me.
I wonder if she will or not have a new outfit. Tygra did. Look like the dude from halo which l like the one he is in, in the first two episode.
You took the words right out of my mouth…er - keyboard. Except I didn’t like this episode. The Italians in South Philly had a saying that encompasses their distaste for something: "Too much. " And that’s my base opinion about this episode.

There’s a time and place for just about everything. And this episode wasn’t the time or place for the Twins’ sub-plot.
Nothing has changed in other words 
My guess is that the Tookit sub-plot is more in terms of skill-development for the Kittens, rather than character development (the previous episode was similar, but that was more like a back-story and consequences type theme than it was skills).
The head-rolling robot/thing really reminds me of a certain character in a different comic series, but I can’t put my finger on which one it is. Maybe I’m thinking along the lines of Juggernaut (from X-Men), but I’m not sure.
Heads certainly DID roll in this ep, lol

It’s clear Lion-O didnt think this one through. Happy Pumyra or not, it would have been much smarter to send Tygra in. Lion-O had no way of knowing she would react so harshly to him, but Tygra’s invisibility would have been perfect for this type of thing. It’s so obvious, that it does make you think about Lion-O’s motives. This New Lion-O is suppose to to think before he leaps, but leaving Tygra out of this was stupid. Tyrgra has too much pride in his race to actually deny helping another cat, so I think he was unaware of this particular rescue mission;) Though Lion-O made his intentions clear in the scene with Dobo, I think the rest of the group was unaware of this plan.
It’s more fun to say he did it this way because deep down he wants to impress her, rather than he still doesn’t think his plans through.

Can you guys and lady image lion-o and Pumyra telling there kids how they met? Mom and Dad how did you to met. Lion-o says will me and the other cat. To make a long story short I met her she hated me then beat me up. Mom you beat up dad. Pumyra says a king does not leave there people behind. But mom you beat dad up. One of the kids says cool mom kick dad butt. What would your story be.
