Lion O has some great moments ahead of him…but RIGHT NOW..Tygra’s story has more depth than his brothers..I’m sure with time this will change. For the main part Lion Os story line is for now going from teen cub to “Cat” and “King”…which is all good. But come on!! Tygra’s got a pretty dramatic past..you can’t help but love it…very creative of the writers IMO.

This Episode was a great one. it had a nice and sad story.

Ya know I just gotta throw this out there What if her name was Latrine? It Sounds pretty but then… This is why I think we just need to get a formal answer from the Production Company. Also they could have simple referenced her as Queen. We may never know.

I was very very pleased with this episode!!! A beautiful story with beautiful animation and I was pretty close to tears watching Tygra find his family only to lose both of them again and YES finally Tygra’s upgraded bolo whip I’m sure he’ll cherish that whip forever and might I say a VERY cool design for it. I really wish we’d have gotten to see Tygra’s mother (yeah I know not necessary for storytelling but it bugs me) must be her who Tygra’s gets those brown eyes from. This episode was so very poignant and well done in the short time they had. I hate seeing Tygra cry and goodness did we see a lot of that in this episode, I know he’s a cartoon but I hugged my fat little pomeranian the whole time I watched looking every bit like those crazy women who park in front of the couch and sob hysterically over their soaps. And SUPER BROWNIE POINTS to the support Lion-O gave Tygra, Lion-O was there to pick his brother up when he was down and as I suspected those two fight fiercely but love each other just as intensely.

There’s an artist over at DeviantART who did a series of drawings of Claudus as well as Lion-O’s mother. Know what the artist named her? Edith! Well, it sure beats “hey you”!

I thought it started off kinda-sorta and then was hooked into it more and more as it progressed, and in tears by the end! I even started crying when I told my friend about it later Wished it could’ve been like a special, 45 minutes or something. It just felt like it needed more time, like the trials. But at the same time, that lent it its intensity I suppose. I can’t wait to see how the bros relationship changes after this. And wow, does it explain soooo many things.

this episode was amazing as a huge added bonus to hear tygras fathers name which is also my name was soooooooo cool!!! i spell it Jevon its a rare name although i have seen it spelled javon as well. having such a rare name when they said it my son whos 6 turned around happy confused and in disbelief all at once and i was floored hearing it being a huge fan of anything and everything thundercats since i was a kid. i called my mom and wife after the episode and they couldnt even beleive it.

I caught the Javan thing right away I also think they used Caspen as a play on the word Caspian, which is also a tiger subspecies.

Probably, goodness between Claudus and Javan as father’s of the two brothers they are going to be giants, Cheetara is going to practically dwarf him.
