There’s always a chance Mumm-Ra could pull his Pum-Ra trick so a relationship between him and Pumyra wouldn’t look nearly as creepy, but I don’t think they really are “in love” as it was implied. I think it was just to mock Lion-O’s love for Pumyra.

The way I interpreted it, Pumyra had a more ‘looking up to her master’ love or affection for mumm-ra, which made his comment about “come my love” weird but yeah your interpretation he was just mocking Lion-o works.

Haha. I love your sig btw. Good I didn’t see that stuff before watching the actual episode today though, I am amazed I did not get spoiled on that.
Consider going to many different stores or gas stations, as to not raise any suspicion. 
He wasn’t just trying to mock Lion-O about his love for Pumyra. He was also trying to get into his head and make him lose focus on the next stone and question his leadership ability. Which Mumm-Ra pretty much failed at I think.
Lion-O is getting much smarter than Mumm-Ra.

How did he fail? It was the same as any other villain taunt, even more so because Lion-O actually had a sad moment afterwards where wilykit had to cheer him up.
But Lion-O kept composure during the fight.
Lion-O’s got more game in his pinky than Mumm-Ra has in his Ever Living form.
It didn’t win him Cheetara, but I’m surprised every female they’ve come across hasn’t been all over him.
The fight was already over, Lion-o just stood there, the city crashed, panthro saved it, then he was sad.
