Getting back on topic, is anyone else expecting Pumyra to have an evil costume switch, similar to Grune?

She’s definitely not gonna dress skimpy like adult WilyKit did in ‘The Return’; that would be too adult for the series.
Let’s just say she doesn’t need to prove to anyone that she is a “female who particularly enjoys being around and involved with several men”. (you know what word I’m looking for)
And she certainly ain’t gonna let Mumm-Ra into her other personal bubble either.
By “other” you mean her true personality that is covered up by the anger and aggression, right?
Actually, I was more talking about making her give him massages and baths, but that could work too. She’s a great actress.
Unless they use for the Thunderians the “Gender Equals Breed” rule, or something similar. Meaning that all of Leo and Panthera’s kids would be either pure pantheresses or pure lions, mimicking what happens often in other animated series/movies (Disney’s Treasure Planet comes to mind, where two aliens, a cat-girl and a dog-man, got married and had three kittens and a puppy). On the other hand, if they went with what happens with real world big cat hybrids, the kids would be leopons/lipards and most likely sterile… I prefer the first theory myself. =)

If Pumyra would have drank the love potion in “Recipe for Disaster,” her “true feelings” would have came out. So she would have been discovered to be a spy there. Man these writers are good at the subtle hints!
Lol, I would call that being careful to avoid spoilers and not so much subtle hints.
They didn’t have to be careful. They could have written it whatever way they wanted.
I think I read on either Facebook or somewhere else that Leo and Panthera did not end up together.
The comment was from a Thundercats crew member and was along the lines that Panthera was Leo’s girlfriend but not his wife.

Well, in a way they did have to be careful. Having her spill that she is a spy and Mumm-Ra’s booty call by drinking a love potion would have been a major spoiler alert for the finale.
But you don’t have to be careful to reveal something when you plan out and write the plot. It’s not hard to keep that a secret, hence Tygra drinking it instead of her.

Going slightly off genre, consider The Sixth Sense. Spoilers all over the place and by the 30 minute mark, it is easy to see that Bruce Willis is the ghost. Are we to consider then, that The Sixth Sense wasn’t planned out nor was the plot well written? Hardly not.
Thus, I hold to my original statement and I do not fault you for your outlook. Nobody sees things exactly the same way all the time and I’m not the type of person to fault another for that.

This thought came to me while I was at work today. We all know Pumyra was brought back life out of rage and vengeance to kill Lion-O for leaving her in Thundera to die alone (which we all know wasn’t his fault.) Anyway what I’m getting at is Lion-O at that same time was full with the same emotions after watching his father get killed right in front of him by Mumm-Ra. And the only thing on his mind at that time was to make Mumm-Ra pay for what he did.
What if Pumyra doesn’t know that Mumm-Ra killed Lion-O father. Which would lead to her not knowing Lion-O was just focused on going after Mumm-Ra and not looking for survivors. So how do you guy and gals think she would respond if she found out that information?
Me personaly I think if she found out about that she would start to question if killing Lion-O would actual bring her “PEACE”. Now know that his suffering was caused by Mumm-Ra. And I believe that is when the REAL Pumyra would try and start to come out.
I don’t see how Pumyra could not know. Lion-O is now King and more often than not the only way that happens is when the old King dies.
Then there is the fact that she knows Mumm-Ra is evil and she knows the actions Mumm-Ra has enacted in the name of evil so it stands to reason that she would also know that Mumm-Ra killed Claudus.
To be an effective mole/spy/beloved, Pumyra would need to know this kind of information.
