I wouldn’t jump that far yet, but there’s definitely something romantic between them. I’m thinking we’ll see them in a relationship by the season finale.

I’m betting we get a kiss. Sure Tygra got the kiss at the end of the first arc, but Lion-O is probably going to get the grand hero kiss at the end of the true season finale.
That’d be nice, and a funny ironic moment.
Still, I’m enjoying the slow build up. We’re not too sure of either of their feelings. It could go either way.
I’m thinking it will go a romantic way. Lion-O really deserves it and there’s nothing wrong with them having a relationship.

Man, what’s with all the hate of Michael Bay? I know his movies aren’t all that great from a film school standpoint, but they are at least fun if you manage to go in with the right mindset. I really don’t understand why people can be dissapointed in him when the know that his films involve little more than snarky dialogue and explosions. I mean, that’s why people like Mythbusters. Aside from the science, that is.
He will call the movie LightingCats. Blow up what ever and add one more thundercats no I mean lightingcats and make it about that one. Then the lightingtank will transform and blow up. Then the army will fight Mumm-ra and his army. One more thing panthro will die. It has to be realistic.
Because some people enjoy content besides explosions and snarky dialogue occasionally. Plus he’s going to butcher TMNT (oh, sorry. Now it’s NT)
Really off topic, but I’ll go ahead and reply.
He’s a talented director when it comes to action scenes, but he doesn’t seem to care about telling a good story. If you’re going to spend millions upon millions of dollars making the Transformers movies you might as well make sure the scripts are well written. I realize he didn’t write most of the trilogy, but he did have input in the writing process. My problem main with Michael Bay is that he can’t help but insert his juvenile humor into his movies. Close ups of humping dogs or Transformer testicles? That’s Bay. Keep him focused on the action instead of the plot and he might put out a good movie.

Anyway, I think their relationship will only get better over the next 5 episodes.
Which is why if I want that I watch someone else, but sometimes all you want to do is turn of your brain and watch explosions as giant robots punch each other. As for Ninja Turtles, he’s just a producer on that (one of several) He doesn’t get as much say as you’d think. Stephen Spielberg was a producer on Transformers and look how that turned out. The director simply has far more control of these things and [SIZE=2]Jonathan Liebesman said that it’s not like that at all.
Anyway, back to Thundercats!
