Did you see the Avengers? I totally shut my brain off for the third act and just enjoyed the spectacle, but everything before that was well done. You can make a movie with Michael Bay-esque action scenes without having to sacrifice good writing. If people stop making excuses for Michael Bay he just might improve his methods.

Anyhoo, after watching “Birth of the Blades” again, I think Pumyra was not as inconsistent in this episode as I first thought. She got defensive when Lion-O started questioning the plan, which is kind of her nature. Pretty stressful situation bumping into two of Mumm-Ra’s goons deep below a mountain that is like a big ball of hate turned inside out, people are bound to snap at one another. Especially when Lion-O is busy causing cave-ins and demolishing bridges under their feet.
The moment between them at the end was nice and is probably one of my favorites in the series so far. I felt like it was the first time another one of the cats really said to Lion-O “hey, you’re a pretty cool guy and I’m behind whatever you do…don’t feel bad for being yourself.” He needed to hear that a long time ago.
Yes, I think they can both help each other. Pumyra can be that encouraging voice when he needed it and he can calm her down.
I sense inspiration for a very 
fanfic.
Me too. Fanfics are my guilty pleasure, especially ThunderCats ones.
He’d make them genetically altered humans and set the movie on planet Earth in the present and they’d be fighting Mumm-Ra in NYC. And the Sword of Omens would talk and make fart jokes.
And Snarf would be an 18-year-old hot girl that is terrible at acting and is only there to get all men from 18-65 to watch it. What has been seen cannot be unseen! :jaw:

Okay. I, however, think they would have shown them kissing. It wouldn’t have given them justice if they just skipped it. I’m thinking we’ll get a kiss by the season finale or maybe a few episodes before.
That the best way to have them kiss. Although a few episodes before would be perfect.
