Well I read all the IGN reviews of each episode and Thundercats consistently got an 8.0, 8.5, or 9.0 throughout the season, so I’d say the show is doing quite well

And the overal average got brought down drastically because three people gave it a 1 or 2, which is a big fat F- letter grade, so the poll numbers might be a tad skewed. I think the show’s doing well guys!

While i like the NS and agree with IGN’s reviews. Don’t just look at what ONE person thinks. That’s why i like www.tv.com where i can rate and write reviews to episodes and TVshows and people my rate em up or down if they like what i write.
My ratings are similar to the ones on IGN, some minor diffrences but still.
I gave the show a 10. Even with any flaws the show may have, if it makes me wish for a day of the week to come sooner and scour the internet trying to find out more about new episodes it gets an A+ in my book.
Haha yea, I do the same thing. I hunt for tidbits of news for upcoming episodes, and fridays are glorious days now.

I agree and hope the next season will have more attention focused on the origins of the other characters.

I gave it a zero because it has a yo-yo effect on me. First episode awesome, next one made me feel kinda well stupid for watching it. It has been that way ever since. I also feel the show has no real feel for urgency to get things done. It seems the characters are just wondering around with no clue as to what they are doing or how they are going to get it done. Also the graphics and the reuse of the same old ones over n over have a visual effect on me. I keep thinking to myself… seen that moves before…Oh that one is back.. Makes it feel cheap…The fight scenes need some work also, being a action show. It is just cut n slash.
So I flipped a coin to vote for the yo-yo effect and the result is what you see. I just can’t get lost in a episode when I watch it..
A zero? As in 0/10? Don’t you think that’s kind of low? I mean, that’s even less than an F- in letter grade form. Like, this show doesn’t even merit a 1/10 for you? Interesting. Maybe you shouldn’t watch it anymore then if you think it’s that god awful.
I think you misread my post. I flipped a coin because one episode is good the next is bad.(To me) I gave it a Two-Face approach because I am torn over it. I just remember as a kid I could not wait for the show to come on. Now I just wonder if it can last being vague as it is. The only thing keeping me on is the old shows fond memories.
I have watched so many good cartoons whether it be anime or other that have such amazing stories, graphics, and soul. Some have such emotion to them and beauty. Maybe I am a harsh judge of the show but I have faith it can be better for myself as a viewer.
Everyone has their opinion of the show and I respect them for it. Also not being afraid to voice theirs.
So you used the mind set of a homicidal maniac from Batman comic fiction to decide what rating you should give this show? The only thing keeping you going is memories of the old show, can I assume then that nothing in the new show is keeping you going then? Since you listed none? And if you were using the “Two-face” approach did the other side of coin represent a 10(The opposite side of the spectrum)? And if yes, doesn’t it seem drastic to rate the show a 0 if there was just as much an equal chance you might give it a 10? This is of course assuming that the other side of the coin is a 10, maybe you were giving it another number, I don’t know.
if you’re gonna flip a coin why not just average the numbers instead? 0 is harsh considering you claimed to like some episodes. 0 should be if you don’t like anything about it imo.
Giving it a 0 when you like some episodes makes no sense. Let’s say on TV.com i gave Thundercats 9.0 then i realised as i watched that the combined value of all the ratings i’ve done it became 8.3 so i changed it to 8.5.
If you think it deserves a 0 then you probably dont like ANYTHING about the show.
You joined a fan board for something you don’t like? Your post history doesn’t show any activity in the Classic forums so one would assume you are here because of the new series. Personally I wouldn’t waste my time on something if I thought it deserved a 0/10.
I think a 7 is good. I would rate it an 8, but I felt the love triangle was handled poorly and for my personal scoring, if romance is in the series and is handled poorly, it’s an automatic 1 point deduction to it.
8, it was good but maybe too short to be a season considering the original was 52??

As I said I flipped a coin, on one end it was a Zero the other a Ten. Why because I Hate it and Love it all in the same day. If the coin I flipped came up heads it would have been a ten. I honestly think if I put ten you guys would have gave me a high five and told me good job.

If you put a 10 based on a coin-flip I would have been just as bewildered. I included 0 as an option because I figured someone would use it, so giving it a low score is fine if that’s how you feel. I just don’t understand your logic of the show getting either a 10 or a 0. If you look closely I included numbers 1-9. 
I gave it a 7. The only thing keeping it from being a 9 or a 10 is the lack of development and screen time for characters other than Lion-O.
