Just a small thought. There’s a slight sound effect to Jaga’s voice…It really makes me think of Shockwave from Transformers (who Corey Burton also voiced).
Also…Just realized.. Lion-O is using Sight Beyond Sight in one of the preview images. Maybe that finally explains how he knows where to look for the book.
I agree with you about every story centering around Lion-O. As appealing as he is, this is not just his journey; it’s the other Cats’ as well and they should be showcased now and then, like Panthro and Grune were last week.

How is Lion-o going to react once he finds that out I wonder? It does kind of put the Clerics as possibly Cheetara’s loyalty to the crown in doubt.
Snarf and Tygra are adorable together. Tygra delibrately turned and made sure he grabbed Snaft as the bridge vanished. I always figured animals can sense a person’s true character and Snarf always seems runs straight to Tygra when the going gets tough. 
Snarf’s scream = Priceless.

I don’t like Mumm-Ra’s tank…at all. Driving a tank doesn’t fit his character, he really should be “above” such things. It’d be like if he pulled a pistol out of his robes and started shooting at the Thundercats. A powerful sorcerer would use teleportation or simply fly around in my opinion. It really just feels like a commercial for an upcoming toy.
Like many have said, that first clip reminds me of Harry Potter. It would have been nice if they’d think up something more original than that. At first sight I figured the Sword of Omens would go in the keyhole, it’d make sense.

Looking foward to tis new episode, looks very cool.. The mummy-mobile is a bit strange, but I can live with it..
As for “whiskers”.. I like it.. Like none of us try to predict it and say it at the same time as Lion-O? Well, I do..

Well, they did have that weird portable pyramid the “Mumm-Raft” in the original series, so I wouldn’t put any silly names out of the realm of possibility.
They might change the last line so it goes something lie this:

The Mummy tank is going to be fine with me. What it indicates, I think, is that Mumm-ra’s powers, especially when transforming, are not going to be infinite and that using those powers has a cost. A cost he’s not willing to pay for simple transport.

Yes, I must admit this is the first real criticism I’ve ever felt able to level at this new series - I also hate the idea of Mumm-Ra driving a tank like this. At the very least I feel he should have some sort of powerful, imposing-looking vehicle, like the Fist Pounder in the original series…but yeah, I’d prefer not to see him piloting a vehicle at all, it does feel like a bit of a toy commercial! 
In fairness, I think what the writers are trying to do is establish technology as Third Earth’s form of magic in the new series - i.e., that the races of Third Earth should look at technology and think of it as magic. But in this instance, I don’t feel it works too well!

I think the strange part is that it’s the frail mummy Mumm-Ra that’s driving it.
It wouldn’t seem as strange to me somehow if it was the bulked up Ever-Living Mumm-Ra.
