like, when Lion-O gets himself together, I think we will see him Mature like, overnightâŚand into the next season, it may open up where the whole Season 2 may be focused on saving some other TCâs, and running into some on the way? So maybe Puymra might be one they run into along the way??
Sounds interesting. That way you can work the âredemprionâ thing and see the opposites between Grunne and Pumyra: one traitor Thunderian who remained âevilâ, and one that turned good.
I doubt Pumyra will be a full blown adult like Panthro. Out of the three ânewâ Thundercats Lynxo is the older one and I think heâll stay that way. Theyâre not going to give the team more adults than that when theyâve made almost all the cast into teenagers. One adult is one thing (Panthro), two is pushing it (Lynxo), but then add a third and the balance of the group would be off IMO. People will be like âwhy are these adults doing what the teenagers tell them to do?â
Design wise, I hope they stick close to how Pumyra looked originally. Her facial markings then already sort of resemble what most of the cats have now. Her hair needs a bit of an update though. I was thinking it could be similar to Azulaâs hair from Avatar the Last Airbender. Pulled back with bangs hanging in the front, but instead of a top knot it can be loose or tied in a low ponytail. I liked the white tips and hope they stay. Her bangs can be white too, and maybe the white stripe down the middle could stay.
If you think about it Pumyraâs old haircut isnât all that different from Lion-Oâs new haircut.
Lion-Oâs is just a different color and more spiky. lol
I would like to see her with short hair to provide some contrast to Cheetaraâs long mane, like Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercuryâs hairstyle with white bangs rather than the skunk stripe from the original show. Also, of course, the little sidetails that seem to be common on most cats.

Iâm with you there, balgus. Iâd love to see Pumyra as a healer who finds one of the ThunderCats seriously wounded and takes him/her to a secret place to tend to their injuries. It would be a great entrance: An unconscious ThunderCat opens their eyes and thereâs Pumyra caring for them. She shouldnât be a Warrior Maiden because thatâs an entirely different race who the Cats havenât met yet. But she should be a force of nature with a sling-shot and a back-up weapon as well.
Hereâs an idea that could possibly work. Instead of one of the Cats getting hurt and separated and then found unconscious by Pumyra, maybe instead one of them gets sick and they need to find a healer. They go searching until they hear about a healer in a town and then it turns out to be Pumyra.
Thatâs good, I like it! 
I second that and wonder if weâll be seeing Bengali on the same episode. 
I have a few ideas (that likely may never be)
Make Pumyra a gypsy healer who travels around and only heard about the fall of Thundera
Make her and Ben-Gali have a brother/sister relationship where Pumyra frequently hits him based on what he says or does.
On the off chance that Lion-O/Pumyra actually happens (fingers crossed), there should be a scene where something bad happens and the two of them say âWhiskersâ at the same time.
It would be neat to see her use her sling as a medical sling to support an arm or to convert a medical sling into a weapon in a pinch.
something tells me theyâll give her a completely new weapon.

If it does turn out she has a new weapon, I hope itâs just a bow and arrow. If it canât be a sling then it should be another long range weapon. Tygra is already using a gun, and I donât like the idea of Pumyra using more advanced technology, so a bow seems like the best alternative.
No one has lost their original weapon yet, just gained additional ones. Personally I like the idea of Pumyra being a medic who is opposed to violence and doesnât fight a lot, but will convert her medical equipment for battle if need be.
Iâm hoping for the bow and arrows as well.
What about a rifle that can be used as a crossbow? I thought of this for an OC, although that could work for her as well.

Not true. I havenât seen either of the twins use their old pellets or ropes (though Katâs flink is almost like a rope). Also Addicus doesnât seem to have Monkianâs trademark shield (though I canât totally say for sure since we havenât seen him in action yet).
Grune still had his mace, but it was completely re-imagined.
Speaking of GruneâŚI just realized his toy came with a bow and arrow and he never used one in the show. Could this mean heâll be back with a different weapon? hmmmâŚ
I would still prefer it if Pumyra used a sling. It would be more unique than a bow, which is a weapon thatâs been seen in media countless times already. Besides, a sling doesnât have to be a boring weapon if the ammo used is cool. Pumyra could use use bomb and smoke pellets like the Wileys used to use.
Techinally, a bow is a better weapon though. It has much better range and accuracy. The advantages I can see a sling having though is that it can fire larger ammo rounds that may not be easily attached to an arrow head, and itâs much more portable and easily concealed than a standard bow. And I do like the idea of a medical sling being converted into a weapon in a time of crisis.
