I’m currently working on putting up the rest of the Foreign Figures galleries as I have a least one figure for each gallery. However if you want to announce the update now then all of the above is part of the update! Any further work I do can be part of the bext update
I’ve just this minute finished the Rainbow Toys (first logo) gallery, so hopefully it displays ok for everyone.
EDIT: Could someone please watermark all my images for me on all of those pages? I’d only want the full sized images watermarking and NOT any of the thumbnails!
Guys, quick status update on my own section. Thanks to Kyles efforts the animation art section was most of the way done, got the four new cel pages in to the Gallery. Kyle also whipped up some buttons for me and we worked through how to better layout the Production art elements.
Today I had some time so I went in and cleaned up a bit and got some of the details sorted. I’ve left Kyle with instructions on the remaining chunks of work and pointed him to the content that I’m asking him to put into display mode with html.
In any event this will take some time so I’m happy to go ahead and say that I’m updated enough to be part of this newest group update. Thanks to Kyle for his help so far!
Those all look fantastic, Neil! My one constructive comment would be, these pages:
…are all very tight to the outline of the white area of the page. I’m not quite sure how you fix that, being hopeless with HTML! But, that would be the one observation I’d make - other than that, those are brilliant pages full of outstanding info!
Has anybody had chance to take a look at the Wildstorm Comics pages that MannyF has fixed up for me? If so, please can you LMK if the pop-ups work OK? Many thanks!

The only comment I’d make is that this image: http://www.thundercatslair.org/cartoon/animationart/gallery/28/p2.jpg - is unwatermarked. I confess I didn’t notice this when I put that page together, it was actually MannyF who pointed out to me that he’d neglected to see to that…
Thanks Chris, I’m also not sure how to fix it as well, so if anyone wants to look at them and do any improvements I’m ok with that. Otherwise I’m gonna have to leave them as is because I really don’t know what I’m doing and don’t want to mess them up!

Apologies Chris! I did view all of your new pages, but forgot to add a comment on my previous post! :duh: Everything displays great for me, including the clickable pop up cover images
No apologies necessary, Neil, I know it’s tough to remember to respond to every point raised in a huge thread like this! Great to know those pages work OK - a bit later on (hopefully this evening, or if not definitely tomorrow) I’ll rename those pages and delete the old versions, then that section will be good to go! Thanks again to MannyF for all his help and hard work!
I’ve added the corrected script page, and created new index pages for the two “Articles” sections, for the Cartoon Guide and About the Series subsections specifically:
All that’s needed to get those live is to rename them both “index” instead of “index2”!
The only jobs I have still to do are the page for “Mandora - The Evil Chaser” in the Episode Guide (all written and video-grabbed, just need to select and size the images and insert my text into the HTML template) and rename the pages in the Wildstorm Comics subsection from “index_final” to just “index” - oh, and add the fan reviews to “Pumm-Ra”, and then add the new episode links to the Episode Guide index page! I’ll be honest and say I’m really tired tonight, having done a 4 1/2 hour rehearsal today with one of the bands I play with, so if it’s cool I’ll make those priority jobs for tomorrow, and then everything I’ve put my name to for this update will be completed!
EDIT: Just to add that after posting that I felt lazy about the Comic Section stuff, LOL! So, I’ve renamed those pages, and deleted the old versions - please can someone confirm for me that all of these are the amended versions with the functioning pop-ups:
That all looks great, Neil! I’m really excited about this update, we have so much high quality content ready to go - I personally have only got that “Mandora - The Evil Chaser” Episode Guide page to do and then everything I’d planned to upload for my sections are completed!
Apart from having to “flip the switch” for a couple of index pages, that now completes everything I’d planned for this update - the only minor thing I have left to do is add the fan reviews to the page for “Pumm-Ra”, which I can do whenever.
I think it’d be cool to let people jump right to the sheet after reading about the special note you have on there.
These episode reviews totally rock in the new format by the way. Awesome job, and I love the integration of Kyles character art into the quotes section.
An excellent suggestion - if you refresh the “Mandora” episode page I linked to above, Mark, you should find the link in place!
I also reference one of those guide sheets in the page for “The Terror of Hammerhand”, the one of the original design Hammerhand posed with four other Berserkers who look a lot like prototypes for Ram Bam, Top-Spinner and Cruncher - do you happen to know which number of those guide sheets that one is? If so, LMK and I’ll add a link there too!
That was Kyle’s idea, and I agree, I totally love it too! The only occasional drawback it presents is if I want to quote a character that Kyle hasn’t drawn yet (for example, I wanted to quote the character of the Living Ooze from “Mandora - The Evil Chaser” but am not able to yet), but only rarely is it ever a factor - I totally love being able to showcase Kyle’s artistic genius in the Episode Guide pages!
Matt: Just looked through your folder and seen that beautiful two-page spread advert you mentioned - that is gorgeous, where did you get it from? I love it!

A few more of them to choose from would have been nice, but on the good side pretty much all of the comments posted up were really interesting ones!
I picked that up off of ebay when I first started collecting Thundercats stuff. I want to get it framed, I think it cost me 15 bucks. I really like it cause the figs and weapons are (at least to me ) made out of clay, sort of like production pieces.
I’ll try and get that piece added now I’m gonna have a go at joining it together first because I think it will display better then.

I don’t wanna risk someone stealing it seeing as it’s such a cool piece and exclusive to us I believe! It can be found here: (I had a go at joining the two pieces together)
