I feel the same.
Mine will be coming from BBTS
I third that emotion.
To anyone who have pre-ordered their Tygra from BBTS, do not cancel yours. The preorder link for Tygra is sold out compared to the rest of Wave 2. I feel people who read Fwooshâs review of Tygra that gave the link to those who miss out preordering will be disappointed.

Love the colors on Tygra there. Just too bad about the arm details. So close!
I am guessing since we havenât heard from Super7 yet they are working on providing a solution before they speak. Just conjecture on my part but would seem to make sense.
Itâs the yellow face/skin tones and the weird ab paint app that kills it for me. Not really a fan of the orange either, wish it would have been the nice matte finish we saw on the previous production examples.

I was able to find Super7âs Thundercatâs Ultimateâs Tygra & Grune
Prototype images.
In this image you can clearly see that Tygraâs Elbow Pad & band were
clearly there.
What took place at The Mattel Factory that omitted this during tooling
the Tygra figure parts?
Also you can clearly see Gruneâs Trunks were meant to hide this round
hip ball joints, not for Mattel to just paint the ball joints to look
like part of the trunks which make the legs get floppy loose.
I understand with Covid it made it impossible for Brian to go to China
and over see the figures manufacturing at the Mattel Factory because I
know Brian would not let these things slide with Tygra & Grune.
Brian Wants to make the best figures he can with the Thundercatâs Lic
What is super7 going to do to correct these wave 2 mistakes?
Will super 7 offer a second booster Pack, containing a elbow pad with a
colored fabric elastic band so it can be slipped on Tygraâs arm, along
with a new set of correct trunks for Grune that hide those exposed hip ball joints
similar to how Super7 offered corrected colored trunks for Panthro and
Maybe include a Tygra glowing eyes head ?
A booster pack with those three Items would go a long way easing the
disappointment with Thundercatâs Ultimateâs Customers who have waited
TWO YEARS for Wave 2 to be completed and shipped.

This still doesnât fix Tygraâs left forearm strap being the wrong color blue. It should match the dark blue on the boot tops. We need 2 new arms at this point. A right for the missing elbow strap/pad and a left to fix the wrong paint apps on the band. The right elbow pad should be dark blue with the strap holding it the same color as the current miscolored left arm band.
Thats a small nit pick. We donât need two new arms. No one wants to disassemble a figure over a color. Most people are fine with the colors as is they just want his elbow pad.

Itâs a shame Pumyra is still too tall compared to all the other characters.
Its a lot better that what Mattel put out.
she is in line with the others not taller, unless you count Lynxo & Panthro which are shorter characters
at this point i can swallow tygra as it isâŚi can repaint him as i did with lion-o mumm-ra and panthro and i can for sure make an elbow padâŚbut pumyra i dont know if i can fix her crazy eyesâŚif there is a booster pack coming i hope there is a repainted head also on itâŚbut gluing the belt was a mistakeâŚhow can we pose her with the other belt on her hands? its like we have a lion-o with the shield and dagger always attached on his thigh and hold the sword at the same time
Height wise itâs better than Mattelâs but she should still have been at least 0.5" shorterâŚand Lion-O should be near 1" taller.
disagree on it being a minor nitpick. reaction had it right and so did the prototype in the super7 vid. along with other tygra figures/statues and the super7 box art. it also would match his animation model. get it right for the price we are paying. also if we get the pad it will now not match the color of the other arm
Whatâs wrong with Pumyra being tall? You guys never seen a tall woman before? I still have my Mattel Pumyra and I am happy with it. Itâs a big improvement over the LJN.
She wasnât overly tall in the cartoon and she definitely wasnât taller than Lion-O in the cartoon. Should be accurate to the cartoon characters design.
I saw a 50 foot woman once, saw a midget with a machine gun too. Neither of those were Pumyra, for which there is a reference sheet so we can accurately depict her height. I should bloody well hope any figure released past the turn of the century would improve on the LJN figure, that thing is 35 years old.
Why is it taking this much weeks (or months) for Wave 2 & 4 to ship them to us? 1 week and itâs already April! I thought they said S7 received the figures already in their warehouse?
I got wave 4 last Friday and should have wave 2 this Friday. Makes a nice change not to be last. I got my wave 1 and 3 about 6/7 weeks after they hit the US.
