i get it’s good news and all but, it still doesn’t tell us anything about if there would be a season two. even the time slot is laughable, are they even planning on resurrecting the show.:sneaky:
Believe it or not, Toonami is really popular. Getting it on there is better than what CN did with it. Hell, they’ll probably advertise it 10x as much as CN did.
isn’t symbionic titan on the listing as well, if memory serves me right, that show was canned a while ago. this is just confusing because it’s still not a guarantee the show will be back.
Symbionic Titan was a beast of a show even though I didn’t watch it religiously like GR or TC but I loved the art style and the plot ideas. The bootylicious episode was a bit much.
I don’t know that Simbiotic Titans show still it’s good news to know Thundercats is coming back although on Toonami I hope many fans and people watch it there and the advertise for the show gets even better, with luck a good rating from the show will make them to consider renew ths series.:liono
OMG!!! This what i need before my big exam this thursday!!! I am totally going to watch toonami even though i have seen the first episode of thundercats like 8 times.
This is really good news. And whats even better it looks like it will be stuck between Eureka 7 and FMA: Brotherhood. Which should help out the ratings and it gives me a reason to stay up late on Saturdays again.
Well, I see this as some good news. Hopefully this will give ThunderCats a new lease on life, and give them justification to restart production. Sym-Bionic Titan, though, I think is probably too far gone at this point to get started again. Genndy Tartakovsky has since moved on, now working at Sony Pictures Animation. In fact his feature film debut, Hotel Transylvania, comes out in a couple more weeks.
I came to it late in the game, catching only the last few episodes. A shame, because what I did see was very good. Yet another unfortunate victim of CN’s lack of promotion.
But if the ratings are good for TCats on Toonami, I would think that would be cause for hope.
