Well if you read the previous posts you’ll see that most fans were shocked by the sudden end of the love affair between Lion-O and Pumyra instead of the whole resurrection incident. Her betrayal was a hard one because it;s the first time in the Thundercats Cartoon(both OS and NS) that so blatantly a treachery occurs from a Thundercat member.
I believe the writers purposely ‘‘killed’’ her in the fall of Thundera so as to justify her ill-tempered and angry nature which lead to the betrayal after the evil wizard resuscitate her
I just thought something. Remember after “Between Brothers” many people (specially Lion-o fans’ / Tygra haters) suggesting the one Tygra kissed wasn’t Cheetara but Mumm-ra in Cheetara disguise?
I just thought how funny it turned out that the one Lion-o liked was Mumm-Ra’s lover. I know it’s not the exactly of the above, but somehow related lol
I see him getting into a good fight with Mumm-Ra that leads to something getting destroyed. But as for Pumyra I think he will try and convince her what she is doing is wrong and that she should remember who she really is.
Will they have finished Generator Rex. I got all 3 Season’s on Zune it’s just they haven’t aired the final few episodes of Season 3 yet and they don’t plan on it either.
i hope there is a second season because i can see avista turning into the new cats lair, all those parts could be used for a new OS type base. I can totally see a new rebuild of Thundera, with cats, dogs, elephants and the other creatures they united against mummra. One can only hope though…
I just see a Mexican standoff between Rex, Circe and Van Kleiss (all from good ol’ Generator Rex). Always thought Pumyra was the Circe of the ThunderCats.

If that does happen, there will be a whole lotta awkward tension started by the Cats, which extends to the other species. Which all of them will get over eventually.
I know I’m late to post about the ep, but I’m not on here very much anymore. Anyway, I very much liked it. The two-part season finale definitely made up for the dull, lackluster episodes that CN was previously showing. I never saw Pumyra’s betrayal coming and I’m sad that her and Lion-O will most likely never be together now.
Hopefully, there will be a season 2 to look forward to, but, sadly, I know that the ending of the ep can suffice should they choose to end it there.
We need next season to be less linear and more open like the OS. They need a base to operate out of but perhaps that won’t happen until the last stone is found. That shouldn’t take an entire season, should it? Perhaps to the mid-season break and from there, a base for planning, shelter and yadda yadda.
