When Mumm-ra told the Thundercats that the city was going to be their tomb right before he left with Pumyra, and then Panthro landing it, I Immediatly thoought of Sky Tomb. I know I read to much into things.

great finale. period… i’m sure we will see pumyra’s anointment as a thundercat in the future. Haters can hate, but all things said and done, our predecessor series left us on a major cliffhanger and unfinished storyline. As a major fan of the original growing up, i’m actually proud of what they did with this series… (although, there’s a little part of me that wishes HBO picked this up as a mature anime [like what they tried with spawn], following the comic book and picking up with lion-o leaving the book of omens.)

I know, but more than just L/P and L/C, all I wanted was for Lion-O to have a love-interest. Still, I’m sure the whole Abbey/Doyle thing will take their route in this series if the second season comes back next year or so. Which gets me thinking, what’re us forum-goers gonna do with ourselves during the hiatus?

I’m with you on that one. I’m not really all that into shipping or romance, I just want the main character to not get screwed at every turn.
Yeah, no kidding and it really feels like this happens to Lion-O in this series. It’s bad to have a good guy win all the time but it’s also bad to have the good guy screwed over all the time as well. It feels like this Thundercats series is going too far and is screwing Lion-O too much.
Well, that’s what happens in reality half the time. Somewhere in the world, there are people getting screwed over their lives. This series looks to be teaching the moral of the existence of hardships and how to endure them.
