I’m catching on, but I was confused.
Some are saying that since Mumm-Ra seems to know where Lion-O and the gang are when they find something like the SoP is that someone in the group is tipping him off.
I don’t agree with it, but shrugs
Who and How would they do it? Feel like most of the times the cats got caught was cause of valid reasons.
In the latest episode it was the SoP. When Kaynar and Addicus was introduced it was probably the lizards that Lion-O freed.
Can anyone name any wierd ones that we might discuss then?
I don’t think so either. It seems like everyone is on good terms and suspicion would have been shown if there was a traitor. Considering how much I hated the WilyKat thing in the WS comics I’m hoping it’s not true, and it’s probably not.
It was explained that Mumm-Ra is linked to the Sword of Plun-Darr and that he can sense its power. I can buy that he was aware that the Sword was being unearthed by Ratar-O and was preparing to take it back whether the Cats were there or not.
As for the other times Mumm-Ra’s forces were able to catch up to them, they showed in “Song of the Pedalars” that the Lizards could track the T-Cats fairly effectively, so any other time the TCats were found (Trials of Lion-O Part 1) I assumed it was because of that.
Exactly what I put a few pages back.
Now I’m not against the idea of a spy within the T-Cats. It would be controversial, but really interesting.
What if, all this time, Snarf was actually a spy for Mumm-Ra? Ha ha.
Interestingly though, in this episode, when Pumyra ran off with The Sword of Plun-Darr, I fully expected her to give the Sword to Mumm-Ra in exchange for not hurting the Cat Slaves. I was wrong though.
I’m just completely against the idea of any traitors.
-Pumyra was too critical of Lion-O. Traitors are usually brown-nosers.
-Panthro is too loyal.
-Tygra and Cheetara have no gain for going against Lion-O. Same with the kittens.
He was worried people would think he was crazy because not only was he more interested in tech than his responsibilities as heir, he was having visions.

Who did? That reminds me of the Thundercats scene in Family Guy when Snarf interrupted Lion-o’s spying on Cheetara. I don’t know if Lion-o dropped the sword because of shock or that grating annoying voice!

Haha! I remember that. I still wake up at night screaming at myself for not muting the tv every time snarf talked.
Very enjoyable episode, felt a lot like an original thundercats ep, but with the new characters how they are ofcourse, which I like. And mumm-ra did good for once too. Only that he not only looked cooler, but also did a lot better BEFORE his everliving tranformation. Don’t transform again mumm-ra!
Or maybe he can, but he just hasn’t yet…
LOL it’s a bit trickier when the only way to get good ones is Ikea. There’s only 1 close enough.
I’m also guessing that Mumm-Ra’s scrying pool has some limits and can’t find things or people that are shielded from that sort of thing (the stones and book of omens for example.) and can’t track people for long because it needs to recharge it’s energies after it is used for too long of a time.
