I can’t believe its the season finale already!
We’ll just have to wait and see, no one has seen the episode before.
Well is it really? On the blog when someone posted the list i did which showed episodes that are gonna air in december aswell they said “seems about right” or something along those words.

That is true, but what sounds more logical? Tygra REALLY wanting to kill Lion-O or Mumm-Ra messing with everything?
I never said Tygra wanted to kill Lion-o, but as others have pointed out that older siblings try to make the other ones “disappear”. And Mumm-ra doesn’t have to do much to mess with everything.

I assure you he has no intention of killing Lion-O. If not Mumm-Ra is the one changing the vision then Tygra probably knew he would be ok by the fall.
IMO the 1st clip is a real past situation altered by the fact that in the astral plane thoughts become reality, and I wager that as a kid Tygra did feel like breaking the tree and ‘getting rid’ of his annoying baby bro but never acted on it, but in the astral plane it’s replayed as a reality. What has me doubting that it’s something completely made up is Tygra’s lack of surprise when they see it happening.
But having those feelings, especially when you’re a kid (and even more if you’re an adopted kid) are pretty normal; that doesn’t make a person evil or dark or whatever. The important thing is, if Tygra did have those wishes, that he didn’t act them, that’s what counts.
I meant by causing the brothers to drift further apart. Tygra has said countless times that Lion-o isn’t worthy of the Sword or the Throne, so there wouldn’t be much that Mumm-ra would have to do to play into that. Lion-o would be the same; he’s been told that he isn’t fit to be king, etc, so all Mumm-ra would have to do is play onto Lion-o’s insecurities that no one likes him.
Intention or not, if Lion-o had died from that fall it would have been Tygra’s fault (either the branch breaking or by Tygra rolling the log around). Just because he didn’t want it to happen doesn’t mean he can get away with it because it was an accident. And how would he have known? The pit they are across is very deep, and even something that isn’t that far down is still dangerous.
Why do people always repeat what i’ve already said with a wall of text? I dunno why. Why do you talk like Tygra is the bad guy? He obviously are not. People blame him.. For something.. You see in the Astral lane.. While Mumm-Ra is there.. Who is probably f**king with the,..
No need to reply more but i also said before that if it was not Mumm-Ra then it probably was not his intention, my point being that HE DID NOT DO IT ON PURPOSE,if it even happend.
Guess we will just have to wait for the episode to see what happens!
But Tygra wasn’t a little boy he was around 12. And 12 year olds, adopted or not, know what they are doing. It might be normal to push them around, but it’s not normal to break something they are on even if they survive. That’s not ok at all. And Lion-o was lucky to have survived, that pit looked like it went a long way down. I can’t say wheter he acted on them or not, judging by the log thing, but even if he had acted on it, he should be held responsible for it if Lion-o had died.
yes it’s the season finale. even the crew says it is the finale on a couple of their recent posts.
the dates on the list aren’t accurate. the titles was what they were confirming.

yeah I asked them if they knew when next season starts and they sent me a PM saying they don’t know yet but they’ll let us know as soon as they do.
Twelve year olds don’t always think things through. They, like anyone else, are capable of taking a prank too far. If this doesn’t end up being Mumm-Ra manipulating their memories I could see this being something that haunts Tygra. Maybe he feels guilty for it Happening. He seems like the type of guy that internalizes certain feelings.
I don’t think we should be overly hard on Tygra. Unless he’s going full blown evil there’s no way thiis event is supposed to portray him as a really nasty guy. If he is going evil then it does make sense…
Tygra turning evil just doesn’t make sense. No matter how mad he is with Lion-O it wouldn’t be in character for him to harm the others. Going evil could potentially mean joining Mumm-Ra and it’d be awfully convenient for him to forget that Mumm-Ra killed his father.
Just because it’s the season finale doesn’t mean that Cartoon Network won’t continue showing episodes past the season finale in December like we saw on that list.
Cartoon Network has already been wierd about the schedule of this show already so having it run in December for a bit won’t surprise me. The 6 week break they had not too long ago comes to mind.

on the one hand we have the crew saying they don’t know when season 2 starts, and both tvguide & CN’s website saying the premiere reruns next week.
on the other hand we have air dates from a wiki that says the season 2 premiere is the week directly following the season 1 finale.
is it really that hard for people to realise which is correct?
I’m looking forward to the “Between Brothers” episode. The scene of Tygra and Lion-O fighting each other is something I completely expected, as Tygra is jealous of Lion-O’s biological claim to his father Claudus’s crown, something Tygra feels he himself is much better suited for. One of the things this new ThunderCats series has going for it is the writers’ attempts to show that even the good guys can have a dark side to them, though this doesn’t necessarily mean they’re evil. Did young Tygra really attempt to kill young Lion-O by breaking the log and causing him to fall into that pit? Since it was said in the previous episode that the Astral Plane is a place where thoughts become reality, and I’m pretty sure this includes the blackest thoughts a person could have, it’s very likely that killing Lion-O was Tygra’s deep dark fantasy, one that Mumm-Ra (remember, he said he’s all powerful in the Astral Plane) could exploit with ease to trick the two brothers into fighting each other until only one remains standing. And since the show’s writers had said there would be a major confrontation between Lion-O and Tygra, this is probably the confrontation they meant, and it’s conceivable that the two will go their separate ways for a while, either by Lion-O banishing Tygra or by Tygra himself choosing to leave.
The final duel between Panthro and Grune in this episode means the end of Grune? I don’t believe that. He was already long dead and an evil, trouble-causing spirit in the OS, so I’m guessing the writers for the NS will have him the same way here, dead but still causing trouble as an evil phantom. 
As for which brother Cheetara decides is for her, yes, all the cards say it’s Lion-O. But I would not be so sure it’ll stay that way. The show could surprise us by having her change her mind and choose Tygra or even someone not associated with the group, for reasons known only to herself. 
Oh I’m with you there–I only said it to point out that’s the ONLY reason to portray Tygra as a bad guy with no redemption. No sibling rivalry could be bad enough that you’d go work for the guy who killed you’re dad.
