My concern now is we have already seen everything that will be on offer at NYTF. I really hope there are some more suprises and things we haven’t seen yet
Things I hope are addressed at NYTF
- demo of the Thunder Lynx system
- is the final paint scheme of the Thundertank the one we saw at UK Toy Fare, or will it be silver like the box art?
- Some issues I listed in the Classics 8" toy line.
- See the figure for Grune, the kittens, and Mumm-Ra

I think many fans are specting to see the new Mumm-Ra.
Thats is going to be the surprise and the talk of the event.
Blackiecats, did you or anyone else from this site get an invite to attend?
I’m sure we could if we signed up for press passes, but unfortunately non of the site staff are in the position to make it to New York. Mostly geographical issues are the factor

This is what stinks…I get a huge refund at the end of February, but that’s too late for the show. I live in Allentown Pa which is about two hours away from Manhattan New York. If I could be there, believe me, I would take a lot of pics. It’s all about timing…I’m broke right now and I can’t go. Trust me, I wish I could be there.
I’m an 8 hour drive south of NYC myself, or 3 hours from a major airport. Any way I’d try it would be at least a 2 day excursion. But I have a friend that lives in NYC and is a fellow ThunderCat fan. I’ll see if I can talk him into going, if non-press can attend that is.

mss_aerocoupe, as elkkthunder said its mainly restricted to some press and toy vendors. That’s why blackiecats said earlier in the thread that the site would have to apply for a pass to attend.

All i can i say is that i wish i could be there…
This is once in a lifetime experience…
This will be cool, but really wishing I could afford a trip out to SDCC this year (if the passes weren’t already sold out. I couldn’t get any of my buddies to go).
Please get as many upclose pics of the figures as you can. I’d love a closer view of all the Thundercats. You’d be my hero.
I would say try to focus mostly on Grune, Mumm-Ra, the kittens, and S-s-slithe if they have them on display since they were listed in the case assortment before BBTS pulled them, and we haven’t seen those figs yet.
But yes, as many pics of them all as possible would be great
