I kinda wish Thundercats would switch to Nick. They’d get ratings twice as high just from the network switch. And Nick actually knows how to show promos for new episodes. They could air it with the new TMNT show.
I agree that there are other channels other than CN that would do a much better job. Nick would be better but still not ideal. I mean CN would be fine if they just bloody promoted it and weren’t so incompetent! Its almost as if they WANT it to fail but it is still doing well and thwarting their efforts! I’d like to see it on a terrestrial channel as well. Channel 5 showed a run over Christmas but then nothing!!! Not even repeats! What a joke! They are just cutting out a huge section of audience! Having it on say BBC1 or ITV would be better, as then everyone could access it, not just those with Sky or whatever, but then again they don’t have a Saturday morning cartoon slot that could do it justice!!!
I don’t know how the channels are in the UK, but here in the states, for cartoons, you basically just have Nick, CN, Disney, and the CW. CW mostly airs old shows that are rerunning. And Disney won’t air a WB show (conflict of interest; Disney owns Marvel and WB owns DC). So that basically leaves Nick and CN.
I seriously miss the 80s. You would’ve been hard pressed to find a channel that didn’t have cartoons on Sat morning back then.
Low ratings were probably a result of kids staying on Nick anticipating the Korra premiere.
But I still find it hard to believe that had the same exact ratings as Level-up.
The ThunderCats reboot needs to be TRULY promoted. I will never believe that its plug was pulled.
Either that or kids don’t like Tygra.
The show got moved to Saturday and gets MUCH better ratings. I don’t think we have to worry right now.

Maybe because many people were disapointed by the last episode “The Trials of Lion-O (part 2)”
Does anyone know what the ratings have been for the reruns on sunday?
The premiere for ThunderCats actually got more views than Korra’s pilot episode (not bashing Korra it’s a great show). It’s just promoted twice as much, so it’ll probably maintain a more stable viewer count than ThunderCats. The views tend to fluctuate for the NS, but I think if it keeps getting the same amount of views it is getting we’ll be okay.
Also, the premier was released earlier online(legally). Not to say none of them watched it on t.v too, just that I sure wasn’t one of them:cool:.
I think ThunderCats is doing an excellent job on Saturdays. 
Thundercats is doing better than excellent! Its doing any number of amazing superlatives you want to throw at it! It is getting as good as or better ratings than most other much more heavily promoted and established shows, and it is getting no network support, promotion or anything, AND it is on a channel were many of its audience can’t watch it! Thundercats is doing amazingly well, and will only get better!
You sure about that? I thought the Korra premiere got like 4mil and the Tcats premiere was only around 2 and a half mil.
No it got 5 million.

Well maybe where you saw it it was the entire amount of people in all demographics. I do believe the 2.4 mil was just the 18-49 bracket
