Also taking into consideration that the last episode didn’t even get preview pics/vids then I am not surprised it didn’t do as well as last time. I hope it does better this saturday but there was no new Ben 10 episode this weakend so who knows.
Absolutely agree! The numbers are very respectable and certainly enough to hold their own against the networks most popular shows, and considering their has been very little comparative advertising or promotion for thundercats then those numbers are even more impressive in my opinion.
This is really encouraging, the toy line is selling well, the cartoon is getting respectable ratings. I can only see this improving with time!
Last episode got a 2.0/9 wich was better then Green Lantern(1.5/7) and Young Justice(1.8/8). In fact the only thing that did better then Thundercats last saturday was Johnny Test at 2.3/12.
So that would be 2.3 million viewers.
Proof would be nice to see yes.

Why not? If you’re talking about toy sales too, they’re doing pretty well as well!
I find that both the toy line and show are successful in their own merits.

Last official word any of us heard on the toys as far as I know was when Sam Register was doing a speech or something and he said they were selling like crazy. But that was months ago. There’s been no real solid information to say it’s changed.
People are just nay-saying because of Toyfair. They all got their panties in a bunch because Bandai didn’t give them sneak peeks at toys that might be in the works months from now instead of just showing the toys they had just put out a month or two before.
Well said I absolutely agree. The last official word is that they are doing well. And I know this is purely observational and speculation, but many places who stock thundercats are tending to run out pretty quickly, some figures more than others admitedly, and even bandais own website runs out of stock of certain figures before having them for sale again shortly after restocking. (I have been checking regularly). So I’m seeing this as a very good indication that the toys are doing well and I am ignoring all the pessimistic naysayers.
As for the cartoon ratings, well they are still going strong. As good as or even better than some of the more heavily promoted shows.
