I always wondered why he didn’t have wings in the OS.
It’s nice to have an erudite villian with half a brain in his head, for a change. I like this incarnation of Vultureman.
Although it’s not clear if Vultaire is really a villian, or just a bit of a despot. But he does have a penchant for breaking oral covenants, which is somewhat villianous.
You should make a fan thead of Jackalman. Plus he looks likes a vulture and that is cool.

I don’t know that I’d consider him a true villain quite yet. He’s a dick, for sure, but maybe not truly evil, just a smug jackass. The loss of the Bird city though will probably change all that.

Slithe, Jackalman, and Monkian were all redesigned for this series, and now Vultureman has too. I admit that I like his new design.
I must say I am impressed with the new Vultureman, the design and voice are superb. Looking forward to seeing more of him, possibly banded together with the other Mutants as well.

I can’t wait to see this week’s episode only for this great villain.In the OS he was the brains of the bad guys and had some clever ideas to beat the Tcats1 i hope the writers have brought back his smartness too!!

Vultaire definitely considers himself and his race to be superior, just as the cats did.
I loved Vultaire, which, did you notice, sounds a lot like Voltaire? Wondfer if they based on the artist for the character’s personality? He resembles his OS counterpart, but bigger and smarter, a major threat now.
I think this whole thread could be renamed “the Mutants fan thread”. I think we all love the 4 new Mutants, and I’m not sure if it’s necessary to have a separate thread for each of them.

Well the last piece of The Mutant Puzzle is in and we’ve got the whole gang.
Loved Vultureman (Vultaire) in this episode. Very smart, very smug, and a bit of a jerk, though one could easily argue that the T-Cats were in the wrong in this episode. In a lot of ways, this is the perfect update for the character. And YES!!! HE HAS WINGS!!!
I have to commend the creators of the show for how they’ve handled The Mutants. Despite being bumbling fools in the OS, I always loved them as characters and I hoped for the best with this reboot, and they didn’t disappoint. Slythe is cold & menacing. Jackalman/Kaynar is insane & creepy. Monkian/Addicus is a blood thirsty savage (though the voice could use a little work). Ratar-O is a tyrant & slave driver, and now we have Vultureman in the mix. Great work all around on The Mutants.
They have to have Vultaire interact with Mumm-Ra’s Generals. That would be a hoot. If he thinks The Thundercats are barbarians, what is he going to think of Kaynar & Addicus?
