This is really off-topic, but I wonder what Pumyra would look like if she didn’t have her hair (or fur, whatever) in a ponytail.
I’ve found a YouTube retelling of the comic…in Italian, so too bad. And Pumyra would look lovely without a ponytail. She’d look like a brunette Cheetara, only more valiant.
In one of WLA pt. 1 threads, it was mentioned that Pumyra might be a spy for Mumm-Ra. I’ve tried not to believe it, but there is evidence to support that theory:

I’m hoping that i’m wrong, but the evidence is hard to ignore. But for what it’s worth, i did try to see the reasons why this wouldn’t be the case:

I’m sorry, but all these points can be proven wrong (besides the last one).
- Grune had a direct reason to work with Mumm-Ra. Plus Pumyra isn’t power-hungry like Grune or anyone working with Mumm-Ra is/was.
2.The unnamed slave they met in “Curse of Ratilla” knew he was alive. He also mentioned others knowing Lion-O was alive.

Ratar-O sent slaves to look for the sword of Plundarr. Of course he told them what it was!

Mumm-Ra is connected to the sword. Therefore, he can track where it is. He mentioned it himself in the beginning of “Birth of the Blades”.

She obviously wants revenge for what happened at Thundera, and if she can’t blame Lion-O, she has to blame Mumm-Ra. She wanted to take the stone to avenge the ones she lost, and also so they could defeat Mumm-Ra. She wanted it so bad because she wants Mumm-Ra to pay for what he took from her and all of the cats.
I know you’re trying to have good points, but if you pay attention they all have answers.
There also a 6th reason i can think of way she is not a spy for Mumm-Ra. At the beginning of “BoTB” Panthro suggest that they should follow the same trail as the cats they just saved when they are first trying away from his army. And Pumyra gets really emotional about that. Saying instead they should instead lead his army into the mine cause she did what to see the cats they just saved slaughtered by his army. And they could also slow them down giving the saved cats enough time to escape.
