More great thundercats joy after the great ep last night. Well did find out that my local walmart is going to set them out sunday night for the week of the 15th which was what a lady first told me plan on being there all night if I got too to get the rest of the cats’s. After work today went by the toys r us were I got my 6inch lion’s o from. an was shocked they had a thundertank out on the shelf it was the only thing out. I about passed out so I grabed that thing quick:D. Will take pics of my local walmart display before I raid it. Happy hunting fellow thundercats fan’s
Fayetteville NC Toys R Us has Thundercats products (4", 6", Thundertank, ThunderRacers & Lizard Cannon, and role-play). And once again, they had sold out of all the 4" figures except Mumm-Ra by the time I got there.
I believe it. Everytime I go and pick up stuff for myself or other people, there is always quite a few people with Thundercats stuff in there hands, its cool cause usually everyone stands around and talks TC.

Hey guys I was at Walmart tonight at 1am the whole team was doing isle mods for the holiday and they had a HUGE section with printouts and pegs and tags for ALL new thundercats toys even the:rolleyes: tower of omens that doesn’t evenome out till September. Also TRU and Kmart in my area has had the toys for 2 weeks. I’m in Cincinnati Ohio. Happy hunting.

Columbus/Central Ohio Sightings/updates
Well… Columbus Area Toys R Us in Dublin has PULLED all the Thundercats items because it was BARE! They have 1 each of the classics, 1 4: Lion-O, 1 6" Lion-O and 1 6" Panthro…THATS ALL!!! They are supposed to be doing a relocation of the Cats on THURSDAY this week when they have more stock (Truck comes in Wednesday night). Polaris TRU (North Columbus) has said they STILL plan to put them out, but nothing I could see on Saturday. And the East Side Columbus TRU (Groves Road/Hamilton) has just a few 4" and 6" ones left on shelves along with the MEZCO 14" Lion-O.
Meanwhile, The WALMART in Hilliard, Bethel Road and Tuttle Crossing are STILL planning their isle resets and have none in stock (so they say), BUT the Georgesville Road in Columbus (West side) has DONE their reset and even have a tag on a spot for the Tower of Omens @ 39.99… They said they DO have some stock of figures but were told they can not put them out until sometime this week. (???)
On the K-Mart side of things, Brice Road (East Columbus) DOES still have stock IN BACK (I bought Cheetara from a guy who brought them out to me), and the other locations insist they do NOT have any in, and will not even GO IN BACK to find them, but a manager says he “thinks” the Bethel Road location has them, but MARY in the toy department WONT look for you…I begged, she simply WILL NOT! LOL
Good thing is: THEY ARE SELLING LIKE HOT CAKES!!! So we will likely get to see some DREAM Figures made in this lines gang! If we get the quantity (and SOME Quality) like Ben 10 over the 2 year run of the show, we are going to have one HUGE toys shelf filled with the Cats!

Aside from TRU, KMART and Walmart, have the cats shown up anywhere else (Not online… But REAL stores)? Anyone? I know the MEZCO 14" Lion-O has, but no Bandai?
If you can afford more, once you find them, buy them twice… or even more.

I got my Lion-O 6" figure today! Woohoo!
Well no luck as of yet at my local walmart but they will be stocked any day this week going to check every night. But had great luck at the same tru they i got all my other thundercats stuff. I almost didn’t see them glad I look everywhere cause they don’t have a space for them yet. But found the 4inch figures finally but missed my cheetara=(. All they had was 1-Tygra 1 - wilykat 1- wilykit 4 - mumm-ra also they the dux 4inch figures 2 - mumm-ra 1 - lion-o 1 - Grune. 2 sword of omens.
So I got the wilykat,wilykit,mumm-ra. so happy I got more thundercats:)
Walamrt had the section cleared and the plan o gram put up as well. They had the 4 inch line (Tygra, Liono, Mummra, Panthro and Cheetara) and that was it. I wasnt too happy with how the 4 inch look, so think I’m going to wait to get the bigger ones.
More Central Ohio News…
North Columbus TRU/Polaris DOES have a small bit left… put out 1 case of 4" while I was there, 4" Deluxe Lion, MANY Thundertanks and Fig/Vehicle sets. In Isle 5D with the Toy Story and Phineas and Ferb Figures (oddly)…NO TAGS! Seems like a Temp fix.
Central Ohio Walmarts should ALL have toys on shelf this week! But, ***** NO 4" DELUXE FIGURES ****… Three locations have no tag on their shelves for them, and I scanned all my tags and brought them in, The Deluxe Tygra and Lion I used are NOT IN SYSTEM, but all others ARE!

For fellow NYC searchers- late Monday afternoon Toys R Us Times Square seemed to have most everything (tank, all 6 inch, all 4 inch, some of the role play items and the figures with vehicles) except the Classics. The prices have the TRU NYC price markups (I think 4 inch were $9.49 and 6 inch $21.99). I checked both Manhattan K-Marts last week, but they have nothing on shelves. TRU in LIC had some of the role playing items on Saturday. Unfortunately for me I only want the Classics. Is TRU the only actual store carrying them? If anyone in NYC finds the Classics please post. Thanks.
Hit my TRU today and was SOOO happy to grabb a classic Tygra, was going to get Lion-o but two young boys snagged them before I could. Which is good that the younger kids are into it so cant complain. But they didnt have that much else, the delux 4’ figures and thats it. =/
We got squat… Totally squat in the brand new toy mod and still no sign of anything on Walmart.com… The next opportunity is next month… :mad:
I went by the TRU in Beaumont, TX again and they had a few things… about 2 pets worth, stuck in between some random stuff. They only had the 4" items, around 3 Lion-O, 2 Cheetara, 2 Mummra, 2 Tygra, 1 Panthro, 1 Wilykit and 1 Wilykat.
I picked up 2 Lion-Os (1 for me and 1 for my nephew), 1 each of Cheetara, Tygra and Panthro, I didn’t get the kittens this time, gonna wait till payday.
I went to the TRU in Greenwood, Indiana. They had pretty much everything except the Classic Lion-O.
Well they didn’t have the toys at my local walmart out yet on display. But I asked and they had some in the back. He brought out two boxes. One box had two thundertanks and the other just 4" normal figures. Forgot to add this is the georgia walmarts now as well. So they should all have them out on display for sale, or in the back now. Guy said more is coming so I assume it’s the DX figures, 6" and the classic Lion-O/Tygra.
Looks like in each 4" normal figures box there’s 2-3 Lion-O maybe 2-3 Tygra and at least one Mumm-ra (Mummy) plus only one Cheetara and Panthro per box. The thunder kittens where there too. I ended up with the thundertank, Cheetara & Panthro 4" figures. They where all the msrp prices. $7.95 for each figure and $29.95 for the thundertank.

My Last Central Ohio Update until WAVE 2…
Been scouring again in the Columbus area…
Toys R US In Dublin/Sawmill got 1 case of EACH assortment today…And they believe it may be their LAST until September!!! I picked up GRUNE (Now I have ALL 4" variations/sets etc… HOOOOOO!!!).
Walmarts ALL have their Thundercats out, and 5 locations I checked had NO DELUXE 4" (No Grune, Ever Living winged Mummra or Tygra/Lion-o with action Pedestals), but they have the Vehicles and all 4", 6" and Classics.
But wait: On the Walmart front, some locations (for example The Britton Parkway/Dublin, Ohio) will NOT CARRY THUNDERCATS UNTIL FALL/WINTER!!! Got it direct from a toy lead/CSM! He said it is the smaller Super Centers that wont get them until later.
No KMART updates! But, MEIJER STORES (and Thrifty Acres) do not have them YET, but said they have orders for them to arrive the first of September!
And guess what? BBTS (BIG BAD TOY STORE) http://www.bigbadtoystore.com has them coming in Thursday AND Friday and will start shipping this weekend! Get them while you can…!!!
Toys R Us in Chicago today had Grune, Lizard cannon, some 4 inch Mumm-ra, deluxe Lion O, thundertanks, 2 classic Tygras.
My Amazon order came in today with my Classic Lion O so im happy for now. Hopefully in the future will be able to find the Mezco Lion O at my local Toys R Us.
Wal-mart no plan at this time at my store
My local Wal-mart (Salisbury, MD) is changing up their toy section. I read all of the planning sheets that they had posted in preparation for the switch, and none of them had anything about Thundercats toys. I also asked the employee who was explaining what was being moved where, and he hadn’t heard. He also read all of the sheets for me, and confirmed that they aren’t getting anything for this mid-August changeover.
Anyone else have this type of experience?
