Did anyone else notice the Orko looking creatures in the back ground of the final fight? Cant miss them. The were placed all over. They had legs, but without a doubt a nod to Orko and MOTU

Yeah, I was searching the background for Hachiman and noticed the Orko-esque guys.

And on why the Duelist can pick up the Sword of Omens, he obviously isn’t pure evil. Now whether he could use it would be another question. Considering that he wasn’t using it, I think he either didn’t want to use a new sword he wasn’t used to yet or was unable to use it.
That’s what Dan Norton said in the chat - that there was a 6 week break. Unless I misinterpreted it.
Since when was pure evil a factor? Mummra simply stated that a spell was put on it to prevent him from touching it. Nothing more.
Oh, and why is everyone commenting on Tygra’s mechanical prowess? He clearly failed at it and used his ego to boost his ability to perform such a task. Didn’t work, so why complain?
He shouldn’t be trying period. He just discovered technology, he is more likely to break the Thundertank than he is to fix it.

I’ll read all the other responses later. But I have to admit I ended up enjoying this episode a lot more than I thought I was going to from the previews. Solid episode.
I enjoyed this episode. I agree it was great story telling. Lion-o definately learned new life lessons . I can’t till the next one!!! Robby:thumbsup:
While I agree it was too soon for him to try it, let’s not forget that time is supposed to pass between one episode and the next one, so Panntrho might have been teaching him some stuff all this time, maybe even while Lion-o was inside the Book of Omens. And maybe Tygra is a quick learner
Yeah, but did he say when the 6 week break will be taking place? Usually shows run episodes for longer than a month before going on break. It’s usually around something like 3 to 4 months worth of shows before a break which usually occurs in the winter and then again at the end of the season in the summer.
Jaga said it in the premiere.

As for the 6 week break Dan said it in the crew chat.
I think that was the point.
BOTH Lion-o and Tygra are working on their weaknesses.
Tygra not knowing anything about tech and trying to catch up fast and Lion-o with the sword practice he always blew off. You’ll note the lesson the drifter gave Lion-o is a lesson Tygra already knows. Go back and watch what Lion-o did at the end tonight that is Tygra’s usual fighting style.
I actually enjoyed this episode a lot.
But why? Show faltering?
I loved how this ep expanded the world races wise, very diverse.
It’s just the way CN schedules things. They do it to a lot of their shows. Has nothing to do with ratings.
So you say Lion-o is learning from Tygra? Like looking up to the big brother?
Probably more like finally LEARNED from Tygra.
You’ll note Tygra always let Lion-o rush him and waited for his opening.

It’s pretty common for us to see a 6 week break starting mid-Nov and through the holiday season.
