Like Jixen, I really don’t hav great expectations towards this ep, mainly because they have’t bothered to deliver a good portrait of the twins for me; they’re more like a comic releaf (given that Snarf barely appears lately), except for some specific moments.
Hopefully this ep will change my view of them and will get me interested on them again, as I was in the first ep with their quest to find Eldara.
Agreed. The episodes does not really sound that interesting at all. Hopefully it will be better then it sounds.
I for one have never cared for the twins. I dont see their purpose as welll.. Yet they have not had a big role. Most times they helped the cats probably could have handeled themselves without them.
The same reason Batman hunts the various Robins before they go on active duty, it’s a test of their skills to prove their “ready” for whatever is thrown at them.
Sounds good i guess. Though we have not seen the kittens do any serious training other then that **** they did with Cheetara at… Some of the early episodes.
We won’t really know until some preview clips are shown. If anything, I like that they’re focuing on the twins in this episode. Borrowing from what Sir Sapphire said, I think it’d be an interesting angle, having the twins’ loyalties tested by the others.
Someone mentioned El Dara in another thread, and how this might be the focus of the episode as well. Borrowing fom that, I’d like to believe that Wily Kat reminds Wily Kit that their plan is still to go to El Dara, despite Wily Kit feeling at home with the others. I think it’s going to be one of those episodes where the twins learn a valuable lesson. This also has me wondering if and when they do find El Dara that they discover it’s not the place they thought it was, perhaps it’s not a city of treasure, but moreso a poverty-stricken land, or maybe the treasure isn’t so much gold and precious stones, but something more meaningful, and symbolic.
Considering the last episode took place in the snow, maybe it’s the snowman of hook mountain…does anybody know the reason why lion o and tygra were climbing that snow mountain?
Ye but why? The setting felt very random. The episode by itself was great but combined with the last one? I mean watch episode 16 and 17 in order and something just feels off, like you missed something.
I’m certainly looking forward to this episode; I like the show’s version of Kit and Kat so an episode with them as the main characters is more than welcome and I can see Safari Joe as the villain.
