LOL..right? I did notice that too..I guess Tygra still doesn’t really consider Pumyra part of his circle yet.
Knowing him he probably won’t until she’s officially with Lion-O, which I hope will happen in these next two episodes.
She’s just joined the group, he probably hasn’t gotten attached to her yet.

A lot can happen in just one season. 
Considering this season has been pretty damn long, yes, a lot can happen. I really do hope they hook up in this finale.
Seconded, not to mention it’ll put my worries to rest if it does happen. I just hope that Ben-Gali won’t ruin everything by introducing to us a running gag where Lion-O keeps getting his love life cut out for him by tigers all the time.
I don’t think they will. It would just ruin the show at this point. Bengali was never with Pumyra in the OS or the comics so I don’t see why they would even try that. Sure, Lion-O wasn’t with her either but since they have developed a relationship I doubt some random tiger could come in and ruin that. I have no doubt that they won’t make another love triangle.
I thought Bengali was the unnamed blacksmith in “Legacy” and “Birth of the Blades.”
The sledgehammer he used had a lion’s head on it, seems like it would be the equivalent of the Hammer of Thundera.
Curious they didn’t call him by name, though, if that were so. But that blacksmith guy fit the mold, and they didn’t directly name Lynx-o either when he appeared.
No, Bengali was clearly a tiger. They would not change him that drastically.

Yes, in the WS series.
And since there were no pairings in the OS, (it wasn’t the soap opera this one is) the two that always seemed to be together, other than kit and kat were Bengali and Pumyra. So read into it as much or as little as you want, but if you query people about potential relationships in the OS, I would bet B/P would probably come out at the top of that list.
So would Lion-O and Cheetara (minus the comics). They changed that up in the NS. I just think, with all that Lion-O has been through and the fact that Pumyra seems to return the affections, they deserve to be together. Another love triangle would just be bad writing and they teased Lion-O and Cheetara just the right amount so that the reveal wouldn’t be incredibly shocking. If they did the same with Pumyra, it would just be too ridiculous because she obviously has some romantic feelings for him where Cheetara was only trying to be a counselor.
Me too, I’m just slightly worried, seeing that I’m all hawk-eyed over this ship. Besides, Ben-Gali (RIP in the comics, poor thing) is the youngest adult Cat. Plus I have the feeling the writers are turning to the comics for inspiration, cos Pumyra’s initial hatred towards Lion-O for “abandoning” his people mirrors Cheetara’s hatred in the comics for pretty much the same reason.
