The way they badassified (forgive me the expression) the mutants makes me think Vultureman will get a similar treatment. Jackalman now has a name, Kaynar, and is a psychopathic killer, while Monkian’s name is Addicus and he’s a bloodthirsty barbarian -and they both like to eat people.
My prediction: Vultureman will be a mad scientist!
Hmm, good one! That would kind of fit with his OS character too in a way? He could be borderline insane or at least batsh#t crazy! Maybe he could be doing experiments on captured thunderian refugees? Or even jackals? Part of the reason for animosity between him and kaynar? He could even use the corpses as a snack? He is a vulture after all! I do kind of like the way the writers have gone a little dark with the other generals.
Vultureman is a scientist by nature, so whatever his name will be should he show up on the 2011 series, he’d be a real-life threat.
He will also build vechines. Will he have wings you think
I’m sure they will go to Hook Mountain and meet Snowman since we’ve already seen Snowmeow.
Yeah it would be cool to see him.

I really liked them as a concept. I agree that they became dumb shortly after their introduction, but at first, they were kinda bad ass!
Id really love to see Chilla and Alluro and maybe Red-Eye. They would be pretty awesome in the new series with similar revamps as the Mutants. Imagine a true Ice and fire queen in Chilla, and a Psychic Vampire Alluro. And I always thought Red-eye was under developed, maybe he could be a bit of a cyborg or something. Chilla and Alluro were always creepy, imagine how they could be as true sociopaths!!!
It probably didn’t help that Chilla was in “Side Swipe”, one of the worst episodes in the OS.
I’d love that! I see the cats turning up at hook mountain only to be met by a very distrstful, suspicious and warlike band of snowmen, led by snowman (ob with a different name!) There is a very tense stand off, until snowmeow bounds up and starts licking liono in greeting for rescuing him! Haha! Would love that!

Hmm, interesting concept. I just think they were very forced and stilted in th OS, and never contributed anything positive. I could perhaps live with them as one off individual villians the cats defeat in individual episodes in maybe season 3 if there is one, but not as a replacement primary threat. But at the moment I think there’s a lot of scope for the generals to get a LOT meaner, as well as exploring their back stories, and introducing vultureman, rataro, the berserkers, I just think these characters should be explored first.
What about mumm mutt. Make himself big.

I would really like to see Vultureman, the Lunataks and also Ma-Mutt before the show ends (what’s wrong with Ma-Mutt by the way?; I liked that horrible hound)
Okay, how would you see them all reimagined then? I agree with you on vultureman, but the others I’m not convinced. Unless they make ma mutt some sort of vicious hell hound type creature released by mumm ra?, hey maybe that’s the thing hunting the kittens on sat? Lol but I see absolutely no place for the lunataks beyond perhaps one shot enemies that get defeated in single episodes. There is just too much scope to develop the mutants and make them even darker and meane, as well as more rounded characters. Mumm ra has to get an upgrade soon too, make him more of a threat, maybe get some background? Where’s the need to bbring in cheap replacement bad guys? Which is what they were in the OS.

I really can’t see Mumm-Ra having a pet. Just how they changed Snarf from being a.. Ehm.. Regular character into some random pet thingy. What would they do for his dog? I can’t see Mumm-Ra with a dog or any pet for that matter.
Why not have mumm-ra with a pet. He can have the dog do a lot of evil stuff and fight.
Vultureman should have more feathers and wings (obviously); we’ve seen the bird men before on the show so reminiscent of them. I’m not sure about the Lunataks, but I’d at least want to see a couple of them such as Alluro and Chilla (their design could be reminiscent of the old show but updated). As for Ma-Mutt, he should look almost like he did in the old show but make him into more of a threat and not have him be treated like a normal dog like in the old show when Mumm-Ra was snuggling with him and saying stuff like “I love you too” (that was wierd). I could see him as sort of a anti-Snarf (who is the Team Pet of the Thundercats so why shouldn’t Mumm-Ra have a Team Pet as well?)
I would love to know what Vultureman will look like with wings and the vehicles he makes.
