Saw that Wikipedia updated the episode list with some new titles. No plot synopsis on them yet though. Just thought people might be interested.

Awesome! Hopefully that Wikipedia article is right and they’re going to continue in order after the premiere. I was concerned they would show the two-part opening, and then show that again over two weeks before we got a new episode.

I’m putting my money down on “Old Friends” being the ep where Panthro shows up. Anybody else think so?
God I hope it doesn’t take that long. I’m hoping it’s the episode where Panthro confronts Grune or something and you learn more of their backstory together.
Titles that don’t say much. I think episodes 3 and 4 will be one offs with a random story. Number 5 might be with Panthro and the next one obviously deals with the catslair which will be seen for the first time.
Still anxious about the other mutants role!
I agree, I think 5 will be Panthro’s episode. We know that episodes 3 and 4 focus on the Fish Men and the Petalars, and having Panthro be there would end up taking too much focus away from those new characters.
Maybe Panthro will show up at the tail end of episode 4 though.
I am just hoping they will do a remake of the anointment episodes in the new series. 
Perhaps you’re right. The episode that follows is Journey to Cats Lair, perhaps that is where Panthro has been for all that time? A home or place of refuge he made.

Oh thanks! I know that guy. He was in a game called Rogue Galaxy on the Playstation 2.
The episode “journey to cats lair” might also be the return of the thundercats to thundera to find the place all in ruins. Oh well we’ll see.
They said the trials would be in the series, but that it wouldn’t take as many episodes. 2 instead of 5 I think it was.
I would like to see the episodes, but I can´t see it in germany -.-…
Awesome… but Lion-O looks kinda weak in the new series, whereas Panthro looks like a true badass… Can’t see him defeating Panthro in a feat of strength this time… Guess they need to alter the trials.
At the same time, they way they set up the relationship between Lion-O and Tygra will play into the trials nicely. So far it’s been clear that Tygra always bests Lion-O in head-to-head competitions. It will make it that much more satisfying for Lion-O and the audience when Lion-O finally gets one over on Tygra during the annointment.
