OMW!!! That Seahawk has a horrible torso! It just throws the whole figure out of balance. His face and colours are spot on, but good gracious me, why would they give him such a torso?

One of the most exciting things about this new line are the endless possibilities. If the line is as successful, fingers crossed, and has the longevity of MOTU, theres no telling how great it can be. Weapons assortment packs with little gems like excalibur or even king arthur mumm-ra would be amazing…everyone has their fav characters both main and one time obscure ones. Ive seen some amazing charters wish lists. I truly believe there are enough TC characters to match the great MOTU line…Jaguara, Mandora, Warrior maidens, Kano, variations such as that awesome super Mummra from Thundercubs…i could go on and on…but before all those amazing secondary characters i would like a solid release of all the main heroes and villains…and a THUNDERTANK!..LOL… personally I have my hopes set on Berserkers and Driller for LJN produced toys and Lunataks and Pummra for non LJN produced …

I’m all about backing up this effort from Mattel and will be buying the main characters from the cartoon that I never had when I was a kid watching on TV this terrific show.

One thing that hasn’t been mentioned yet is that other third party companies might start producing pieces for the Thundercats line. Alternate weapons and heads etc.
I would be all for a weapons pack and maybe some additional heads.

I am sure we will see a weapons pack somewhere in the line … it’s a nice way for them to reuse weapon sculpts and to get weapons out that couldn’t go out with figures because of cost restraints etc …

I can’t really think of any weapons though for a weapons pack that shouldn’t be with a figure.

Oh wait, maybe, so clubs and maces for mutants and maybe a couple laser pistols. But I can’t imagine them releasing a pack of generic mutants without a weapon each.

You will be surprised … I also thought 1 weapons pack in MOTUC will be enough … hehe Mattel proved me wrong .. and although I didn’t always agree with the choice of weapons in them, I have to admit that they are great fun to have! And a nice way to get that one special item in that just didn’t fit in at the time.

I remember getting the original MOTU weapons pack. Got it the same day along with Zodac. Hopefully they can prove me wrong. Actually just thinking there is the weapons etc the characters get in Jackalman’s Rebellion.

I suppose they could do the Treasure of Thundera. (I still can’t imagine why this amazing treasure was not put on the flag ship with the rest of the nobles and the Eye of Thundera.)
