The 80’s original series cartoon.
The 80s series had a lot of variations and inconsistencies as far as animation goes…for example the color of lionos eyebrows switched from black to red quite a bit…in “mongor”…the animation was bad…it almost resembled Hanna barberas “limited animation” style…in “sixth sense” …the characters just look weird from their face and their eyes etc…if ure a fan of the cartoon you know what I mean…the show improved their consistency in season 2 …especially when they were back in new thundera…(lionos eyebrows were always black and he almost always looked the same…right on model)…my personal fav design is the one from “sword in the whole”…there should b a thread where people discuss their fav liono design…
I’m hoping for a Mega Scale Tygra and a translucent, “invisible” Tygra as an exclusive! A 6-8" scale line of cartoon accurate figures would be fantastic! 
Well, I’m feeling something will be happens…
If Mezco only decides to release the remaining Tygra statue, I don’t understand the rumors or press always talking about it…:sneaky:
I believe the Tygra and kittys statues will be avaiable soon…but I do believe in a new action figures classic line too !

I really hope your right. That would be a fantastic way to celebrate the anniversary!
2015 will be an expensive year. I am off buying products. I will allow myself to buy new Thundercats though. But I might cave and get some other upcoming pieces which look very nice.
TMNT Classics, Select Ghostbusters, various NECA figures, Transformers, Marvel Legends, DC, Star Wars, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter and MOTU.
They would look quite nice displayed with a Classics Thundercats line.
Good news folks. Mezco will be hosting press on Feb 6th to reveal their items ahead of the main show.
And so ThunderCats.org is looking for someone based in or near New York City (Long Island City) to be our correspondent reporter for the Mezco ThunderCats reveal on the morning of Friday, February 6th, 2014.
At a minimum you’ll need to have access to a quality digital camera that can also shoot video.

Was there a press event this morning or something?
there is usually a press event the day/night before or a few days before but press usually isn’t allowed to report pictures of anything until the next day(the day of the release) or a date that is known to all the press that attend. That’s at least how most press events i have attended in the past worked.
I take it no-one covered it?

I really hope they have Mega Scale Tygra on display…maybe along with another prototype of the kittens or a mutant if this line is going to continue. Tygra at least!
I also certainly wouldn’t say no to a 6inch line of Classic T-cats..as long as we see several characters on display (Main cats and Mumm-ra at least) so we know they are committed to finishing the team. If we see no Tygra and some kind of new scale Lion-O and Mumm-ra, I will not be happy.:lionomad:
