i just cant get over how long Panthro and Grune wandered the countryside looking for the Book of Omens when Jaga knew exactly where it was the whole time. maybe Grune was right and Claudus really was trying to get rid of them

Claudus didn’t know. Only Jaga knew. And he couldn’t tell anyone cause he wasn’t supposed to. The book was only meant to be found by the cat described in that prophecy at the beginning of the first ep. A.K.A Lion-O.
I think the idea that the Tower of Omens was their new headquarters came from some of the promotion for the toy.
Yeah it was a Bandai rep who said the tower “is like the new cat’s lair.”
But I asked Dan Norton tonight in the chat and he said they won’t live there.

a question in mind..
if you open a cork of a watered sink shouldn’t the water just break down as a result?
then how come after panthro opened the hatch did the thundercats still float?
not to mention the plot hole concerning count dracul.. ermm.. mumm-ra’s issue with sunlight.
despite that.. it had some good points.. one is the tension between cheetara and liono as others have mentioned before.. the other is mumm-ra’s surprising background with who seems to be tygra’s father and probably claudus.. and another one with having the book blank… which leads me to wonder when liono’s gonna use the sword to enter the book, just like in the good old days.. and if the serpants will also wait for him this time..
p.s. I’ve found it just hillarious that they’ve turned Jaga into Tinkerbell.
Funny I missed that yet I could hear Sean Connery reciting “Only in a leap from the lions head shall he prove his worth.” when they came to the cliff.

No Disrespect intended but if you go back through this thread and actually read it I think you will find the answers to some of your Plot Holes and other questions.
As to the Whole Water Room Debate it is simple Aquatic Physics and the answers are their if you look closely enough at the scene.
That wasn’t Tygra’s father and Claudus. That scene was like hundreds of years ago. Or more.
I loved that scene and at the same time it made me cringe. It was just a bit too 80’s music video dancing. Especially the flip and sliding at the end.
For the water thing Panthro didn’t open a drain. He opened a passage to the room above them. The water wouldn’t go down, it would level with the water in the other room.
Maybe they switched him with Tygra, and he’ll be afraid of bats 
He did? Yay!!! I’m like 20 mins from watching it.
But I guess inconsistencies are already showing up… unless they have planned an episode to explain a lot of stuff lol

Just one question, a doubt to be more precise, was cheetara able to climb the tower running because of the powerup the sword gave her?
Just before she starts running her eyes light up, that’s why I think she got a powerup, but if that was the case why didn’t the other thundercats got one too?
They never said Tygra lost his whip. I assume he had it rolled up into one of the pockets on his belt and just wasn’t using it. Just because he didn’t use it doesn’t mean he didn’t have it.

Cheetara used her speed to run up. Just like those motorcycles in the big balls at the circus driving in circles. Or if you spin a bucket of water fast enough it won’t come out.
Yeah I know but it’s confusing, until now whenever she has used her speed her eyes have never light up and just before that Lion-o did the “Thundercats ho!” thing (although not complete, I know), that’s why i thought it was the powerup the sword gives to them (like in the OS).
Anyway, so that shine in her eyes was from her own power then?
I was thinking about that (the bolds) and think that if the Tiger clan was the only one that betrayed the TCs and took Mumm-Ra’s side (I think there were other cat species as well), it might really bring up confussion and conflict to his mind. Think of it: his ancestors were traitors, his admired hero was a traitor, now he might fear he carries it within.
Maybe Claudus took him just to make it sure not all Tigers will turn out to be traitors; like trying to save one so that one could later redeem the clan? Or maybe that ws Tygra’s fathe and Claudus didn’t want Tygra to gorw up knowing his father was a traitor and made him believe he died herocially (that’d be too Luke Skywalker, but still nice from Claudus).
Other things I noticed:
*Am I the only one who sensed jealousy already in Tygra when Cheetara told him and Panthro that it might elp if they beleive in Lion-o as well as her? I think he knows she feels something for him and is jealous.

The clerics building the Tower and sealing themselves inside it forever sounded a little too MOTU to me (the Council of Ancients funding themsleves in an orbe and locking in Castle Greyskull).
