So in other words Bandai is still sending out shipments of the figures. Which means they’re not discontinued.
If the line was discontinued, Bandai would still ship merchandise to retailers in order to liquidate their existing stock. They just would not produce any new merchandise.

Do we even know if the “discontinued by manufacturer” was amazon or just a store IN amazon? There is a difference. And a dealer would not list an item as “discontinued” and then restock it. I’ve never seen a website do that before. Again, I don’t see the reason people can’t just wait for Bandai to give us official word? do you get some kind of personal satisfaction out of repeating yourself?
I still want those Chibitoys. But i’m so retarded i can’t find them to order so it get’s sent to my house in sweden.

Oh Bandai are definately still distributing Wave 2 for sure, as a friend of mine can order them from his wholesaler 
So there is definately stock available to retailers. The Wave 1 cases are probably discontinued now and that could be what the Amazon pages refer to?

Yes, discontinued is selected as “yes” in every single Bandai ThunderCats item.
As said by the Bandai person herself, it’s most likely a mistake.
If the line is not cancelled that id great news, but I still think Bandai need to improve the quality of their toys.
I spend a lot of time between two cities in Florida. While in each I visit every TRU and Wal Mart I can hoping to complete my wave 2 collection. The fact is TRU never got anything past the super deformed mini figures and AoO. Each Wal Mart got one case of assorted Wave 2 and that was it. Target got wave 1 stuff, the 4 set of 4" figs, and a couple of the wave 2 6" Classics. This was right before the show came back from its hiatus, quite a while ago. If Bandai is still shipping wave 2 they are doing one hell of a terrible job getting them to stores (OR as has been hinted by Bandai themselves, retailers are not ordering them from the distributors).
When are they finally going to make it to store shelves? After the next two episodes are over? I mean seriously, I hate sounding negative because I love this brand but you have to see things as they are. I commend you guys who are constantly trying to put a positive spin on everything, but facts are facts, something went terribly wrong as is evident by the lack of new stuff in stores and all of wave 1 on clearance everywhere you go.
Just to add, whenever I visit these stores there is always plenty of Ben 10 and Power Rangers stuff on hand, always being refreshed with new stock. Bandai doesn’t seem to have a problem getting any of that stuff out.

I think it’s just the shipping has been completely crap. Some people get lucky with it and some don’t.
And THAT seems like a stupid excuse. Kinda funny it’s just happening to Thundercats RIGHT NOW and not other stuff
Yeah, it is a lame excuse, but from all the facts we have it seems as if it’s true. And I guess the stores around me are lucky but we’ve gotten the shipments and the ThunderCats toys are kept in stock 95% of the time.
Right now I can walk into any store in your area and have my pick of Wave 2 stuff like 6" Tygra and Slithe?
I honestly don’t even have a clue what the difference between wave 1 and 2 look like, so I couldn’t tell you. They always have the toys in stock and when they don’t, it’s always back in stock in a few days. The show is rather popular where I live, though, so that probably has something to do with it.
