Give people a complete a set. I want a whole set to put away my son wants a whole set to play with and my daughter wants a whole set. When I say a whole set I mean all characters. Another thing is to beef up that thunder tank.
As for classic 8" release them all!!! As a father I have been waiting over 25 years. But the fact that there is a game coming out in September Bandai has to have a plan as well as cartoon network

I love the 8" Lion-O, but all their other products are CRAP!
The reason kids aren’t buying them is simple, they are not as good as the other toys on the market…they aren’t even as good as toys from 20+ years ago.
I take back all I ever said, I hope Mattel get the licence and makes Thundercats Classics in scale with MOTUC, I would gladly buy ever figure. :liono
Please do not keep supporting the Bandai Thundercats line, it is a waste of time, you are not doing yourselves or the franchise any justice buying such bad products, its not going to change anything. In all honesty I am glad the line has ended.
I hope the NS does well and gets a second season, but I doubt it will…not unless another company is making toys for it…I doubt any company could do as bad job as Bandai have done.
When you can say MOTU 200X toyline was a bgger success it really says it all.
Bandai USA is a sub-par company that makes sub-par toys. Look no further than the prototypes compared to the final products to see why people don’t like these toys.
Mis-colored joints. Terrible paint apps. Look at the faces of the 4" figures. The eyes are like stamped on rather than sculpted and the expressions and faces look terrible and cheap. The Thundertank turned out to be a massive disappointment.
I liked the 6" figures. Hated the 4" line on principle. I just don’t like small toys. I buy figures to display and little people that are only as tall as my middle finger isn’t much of a display IMO.
Maybe that’s why I was never into G.I.Joe.
The black joints were inexcusable though. Why would they cast the joints in a completely different color from the rest of the figure? That doesn’t even make sense.
MOTUC has it poblems but its fans are getting decent looking figures every month…I sometimes wish I hadn’t sold all my MOTUC figures.

I agree with every point you made.
Toys from the 70’s and 80’s even had colour matching joints, what were Bandai thinking.:eek:
The vintage 3.3/4" G.I. Joes put the 2011 Thundercats to shame.
I doubt they would lie to you. This is good news, considering the fact that they aren’t discontinued. Hopefully wave 2 will be better quality toys and will sell better.
Certainly interesting news to hear…but my gut tells me words like “probably” indicate to me that they are still unsure about the line and if the price is right they will sell it to the highest bidder! We all know Bandai could try a little bit harder to advertise these things but are not…they are holding the line hostage XD
Spring line?? Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Spring already past or did they mean next season? Any who they should have had more products out for ToyFair 2012 but “probably” didn’t want too!
for memorial day weekend kmart had all 4 inch figures at $2.50 and 6 inch figures at $5 and one ripper deal was the “Armor of Omens” which was at 9 bucks everything is sold out. So things are moving maybe not at the price they are expecting.

There is still NO official announcement either way, and I know certain people say we won’t get one, but I think that’s wrong. Bandai has messed up royally with the toyline, I agree, but that does not mean it is dead!!! Amazon discontinuing toys does not mean a line is dead!!! (They have discontinued so many old figures of lines that have continued before now, why is Thundercats any different?)
We in the UK are still awaiting the wave 2 release. There is still merchandise being released over the summer.
What does some random person on a phone line know? Also even if that’s true it means the rumors about WB shopping around the license are BS anyway.
All that’s making it out here from wave 2 in the US is the armor of omens and some sparse amounts of classic 6" figures.
Also where is everyone else? We’ve seen literally nothing new coming out for this show. Where are 6" classics versions of other characters? 6" versions of Wily Kit and Kat, etc.? Bandai screwed this series. They are a terrible company. I disrespect Bandai USA.

Who was the one you communicated with Lio? It’s kind of strange that someone who is in position to communicate with the customers to give information that has not been publicly announced yet.
ANYTHING we have heard so far, negative or positive is HEARSAY and OPINION!!! Nothing more, nothing less. So I’m going to stay positive and wait until I can get my hands on wave 2, which is definately coming to the UK at some point, and then I’m going to wait until we get definite news either way.
