Demolisher is sooo obnoxious! I was really hoping Mumm-Ra would wipe the floor with him and I am so not happy he didn’t.
I honestly don’t like Luna her appearance, speaking, and personality just ticks me off so much. I didn’t like screwloose either. He’s like a C3PO rip off. I wish Mumm-Ra had dismantled him. Also Rattaro bugs me a great deal.
I agree with Luna. She was rather irritating, but at least she was slightly more original than Mummrana to me. I also disliked Luna because of the way she treated Amok (always liked him for some reason). I also wasnt a huge fan of Rattaro. It seems as though many fans like him, but for some reason he never really resonated with me.
she treated amok so badly. he shoulda just dropped her into a hole. as for mumm-rana… it seems to me the ancient spirits of good are just as horrible as the evil ones. Lie what deal did she make with them? She was much weaker than mumm-ra as well. Goodness isn’t as strong as evil? why did the good ones turn her into a lich? why make her have the same pyramid problem as Mumm-Ra? Well at least she was only in two episodes and her voice in mumm-rana’s belt was much better than her introduction episode.
I just never got to understand the reason of his existence… a counterpart for Snarf, but not even that. And how did he show up? Where was he before? Nothing about him was explained, he just popped up in the second season.
Oh yes, Mumm-Rana, never liked her either. Same as Jagara. That 80’s fashion of creating a female counterpart for almost every male character was annoying IMO.
Demolisher, I couldn’t stand his laugh lol. I kinda liked Ratar-O, a smart Mutant for a change.
What about Hachiman? I’m torn about him.
Now, getting back to my nunchacks question, any idea?
I kinda like Ma-mutt, although I completely agree about his prior whereabouts being unaccounted for.
Hachiman I have always liked. Maybe it’s the whole “honor” bit.
As for Panthro’s nunchucks, I believe he supposedly keeps them in the back of his belt. I am not sure if it’s ever shown in the cartoon, but that is the explanation given in the early designs.

In Thundercats Ho! (the movie) Mumm-Ra removes him from a statue. I guess he got to lazy to fly all ver the place but then again he tended to avoid doming much traveling if he could help it, What with that 24 hour power limit.
Hachiman felt pointless. As for Jagara, WHAT was with that silly hat? LOL Slithe was smart he was just surrounded by idiots who got him into crazy shenanigans. I think Panthro hid the nunchucks in his pants.
I am not a huge fan of mumm-rana. She’s kind of meh. her first voice made her sound like a dude. I’m glad they fixed that in the second and last episode she appeared in. It was a good concept but it was executed so horribly. She doesn’t even look undead. and her Ever Good form is rather… butch? She doens’t look much like a lady, especially an egyptian one.
Yeah I know my username includes her so I probably come off as hypocritical. I don’t HATE her. There are other characters I reserve that for. I wonder… does she sleep more than Mumm-Ra does or something? Her chamber is set up nearly identical to his only brighter but she doesn’t seem to leave her sarcophagus much. You’d think with all her evil counterpart’s shenanigans she’d be much more active. XD
I must confess something here. I didn’t like season 4 all that much. It felt off to me. and nearly all the new characters introduced it it felt pointless. How in the world did Jagara void being killed when Thundera blew up? Did she stink at her job so much the first time and that was why thundera blew up in the first place? You’d think such an important job would be left to a more competent person.
I wanna add something here. I actually like little Snarfer. He seemed pretty annoying at first but I gained a lot of respect for the guy when he totally cancelled out Alurro’s powers. They didn’t affect him AT ALL!

Yeah she should have been more Egyptian looking like Cleopatra looking. But I suppose they already did that with Tashee.
That reminds me of something I saw on Deviantart. It was basically a redesign for her if she’s appeared in the reboot. It looked a lot better and this is coming from someone who hates nearly all the redesigns for the reboot. WHY is Mumm-Ra a VAMPIRE BAT?!

A seldom used character I did like was Quickpick. I found him both amusing and intriguing at the same time. As a child I never really caught on that he was a robot.
I think not many people around (me included) are fans of the return to Thundera plot.
It was terrible.

Thanks for this info adssse. I always assumed he ket it in his belt, but was it bothered me not to see it. Is there one of this about Tygra to see if he actually kept the bolowhip where I think he did?

It would have been cool if it had shown where Tygra kept his whip. Should have had it on a belt at his side like Wonder Woman.

I always thought he kept right where the different shades of grey converge (if you paid attention, you’d have seen he always took his hands at his back to reach for the bolowhip), as if they were separate and not just a two-colored sets of clothing: the darker part was underneath, like a shirt, and the lighter one was over it and around his body, starting on his chest from the badge all the way down, through his legs to the back and then again over the left shoulder, where again the TC badge held it in place. Also, I always thought the more lighter parts (sleeves and tights) were even a third set of cloths, more underneath the darker one.
So he’d dress like this:

[li]First a whole-body, light-grey tight covering his whole body (from which we only saw the sleeves covering the arms and the tights covering the legs)[/li][li]The darkest shirt only from the neck to the belly with the left short sleeve[/li][li]Over that the mid-shaded over the stomach and back. Think he would have been hot in a warm day, but would have been the one to feel less cold in the snowy regions (maybe that’s why his trial was set in Hook Mountain?)[/li][/ol]
Also, I think he got those sleeves and tights because artists were too lazy to keep on with all his stripes lol, and also because they didn’t know which color to combine the orange with (the new series made it good to turn his clothes green, but I think that was not a suitable color back in the colorful 80s).
