Game: ThunderCat Trivia

This is a good one! He disguises himself as Jaga in both “Catfight” and the “Return to Thundera!” five-parter. Is that the one you’re looking for?

That is correct, zax! I also would have accepted the individual parts in Return to Thundera where he becomes Jaga as well. You are up with the next question.

I didn’t remember him disguising as Jaga in Return to Thundera :frowning:

Let’s stick with the disguise theme!

What disguised forms have Mumm-Ra and Ma-Mutt both taken, and in which episodes?

I believe there are two disguises (so four episodes).

I’ll try this one. Both were snarves in Hair of the Dog and Chain of Loyalty. Both were a berbil in The Mumm-Ra Berbil and Mumm-Ra Lives Part 3.

In the 5-part opener to season 4, he assumes the guise of Jaga to make Jagara trust him.

Obviously in the original single episode of the same name in season 1 (with the Mutant Warbot), he doesn’t take on any form.

Your Berbil answer is spot on. The snarf answer, though, isn’t quite right.

In “Hair of the Dog”, Ma-Mutt is disguised as Snarf. In “Chain of Loyalty”, Mumm-Ra is disguised as Snarf Egbert, and in “ThunderCubs Part III” as Snarfer. So while they’ve both masqueraded as snarfs, I don’t think they’ve ever been the same snarf.

Anyway, the second common disguise is still up for grabs.

Thank you! I remember now

I think there was no Mamutt yet in “Mumm-Ra Berbil” since its a season 1 episode…

You’re right, Ma-Mutt wasn’t around. But Mumm-Ra was disguised as a berbil in “The Mumm-Ra Berbil”, and Ma-Mutt was disguised as a berbil in “Mumm-Ra Lives! Part III”. The question is about the same disguises in different episodes.

Ooohhh… duh-me… I understood we should mention the episodes in which both of them were disdguised together.

Oh, wow. Are there any?! That would be a good trivia question.

ETA:

Okay, time for a hint.

Alluro Fan got the berbil disguises. The other common disguise is used by Mumm-Ra to squeeeeeze into the Lair, and by Ma-Mutt to spy on Lion-O and friends unnoticed.

Any takers? If not, Alluro Fan’s the winner!

All right, it’s been a week. Alluro Fan’s the winner by default. The other disguise, for those interested, is a fly! Mumm-Ra disguises himself as a fly in “Bracelet of Power”, and he disguises Ma-Mutt as a fly in “Screwloose”.

Okay, Alluro Fan, you’re up!

I knew it was a fly, but couldn’t remember which episodes.

Here is one for the comics fans. The original US Thundercats comics were short-lived at only 24 issues. Unfortunately, 10 of those issues were adaptations of TV episodes. What issues were they and what episodes were they adapted from?

It would be nice if the writers got together and agreed about what locations are on which planets. 1 location is either on Third Earth or Thundra, depending on who you ask. Name the location, what episodes it appeared in, and what planet it was on in each episode.

Would it be the Baleful Swamp? I believe this was featured in “Totem of Dera” on Third Earth while also being in “Book of Omens” on New Thundera.

That is correct, adssse.

Ok, Ill give it a shot

To the best of my knowledge there are four episodes in which Cheetara get caught in a net. Please name these episodes.

I can recall 5 episodes:):
“Doomgaze”
“Mongor”
“The Spaceship Beneath the Sands”
“Snarf Takes up the Challenge”
“Tight Squeeze”

Nice job Wilycub! I wasnt aware of “Tight Squeeze” so we can consider that extra credit

I had three out of five… well, maybe next time
