Well, Grune aside, you have, I think, got all the right answers, but a lot of wrong answers as well!

The question was ONE-TIME villains from series one, who became recurring villains in SERIES TWO (or two to four, depending on how you count it). I shall deal with the wrong answers first. Therefore:

Safari Joe and Spidera don’t count, they were technically one-time villains from season 1 who were brought back once at the end of season 1 in “Fond Memories”.

The Technopede is also technically a one-time season 1 villain that reappeared once later in “Mechanical Plague”, along with the Mutant Warbot.

The Driller and was a recurring season 1 villain who didn’t appear at all in season 2, likewise Mole Master.

I’m not entirely sure Captain Shiner counts, as his only second season appearance was in Thundercats Ho! - split into five episodes, but a single movie.

And onto the correct answers:

The robot pirate - “Captain Cracker” appeared once in season 1, then in two different later series episodes.
The Berserkers appeared once in season 1, and then several times in season 2. (Even Hammerhand technically appeared only once in season 1, although his ghost reappeared in “Spitting Image”)
Grune - once in season 1, then he appeared in “Thundercats HO!” and “Return To Thundera”.

Anyhow, Tygra Rules, you got more correct answers technically, so it’s your turn.

Carnivac’s right, though I assumed it was spelled C-Thru, or even C3U, as a riff on C3PO. So you were on the right track, WilyCub!

If anyone could shed light on the proper spelling, I’d love to know. I wasn’t able to check the subtitles, and I couldn’t find the script online. Cracker addresses him in “Mandora and the Pirates” when they’re loosening QuickPick’s bolts in an effort to draw out Mandora.

All right. Thankfully I remembered what the trivia question was that I had originally intended to ask the first time.

Now, I don’t know the stats for the later series, so my question here only applies to season 1, but if anyone is able and willing to give the details for the later series, that’s fine:

How many times was a member of the cast absent from an episode? And (self-evidently) which of the six cast members were present for every episode?

Lion-o and Panthro were in all of them.

Tygra and Cheetara were absent in two episodes each one (Tygra in “Terror of Hammerhand” and “Trial of Cunning”, and Cheetara in “The Mountain” and “Superpower Potion”).

The kittens were absent ina lot more (all the 4 in which Tygra and Cheetara were absent + “Troble with Time”, “Excalibur”, “All that Glitters”… I don’t remember all fo them because there were a lot in which they were present just in the end with the other TCs, but I can’t remember in which ones they actually were and in which ones they weren’t).

Apart from the ones mentioned by “Tygra_Rules”, I think (not sure) that The Kittens were also absent in: “Queen of 8 Legs”, “The Demolisher”, “Secret of the Ice King”, “Sword in a Hole”, “Good and Ugly”, “Super Power Potion”, and “Out of Sight”

Also I think Panthro, Cheetara and Tygra were absent in a few more episodes like “Side Swipe”, “Hachiman’s Honor”, “Circus Train” but I believe those were all Season 2 Episodes.
