You got it man. Well done.
OK, here’s an easy one.
There is exactly one occasion where we get some actual mathematical measure of how fast Cheetara can run. Which episode, and how fast is she described as moving?
“Pumm-Ra”, and she is said to be going 30 seconds to the mile, if I remember correctly.
You do remember correctly. Meaning she can run at speeds of at least 120mph - probably more, as she was described in that episode as being out for her morning JOG!
Your turn ButterflyBoy!
Ok…not sure if this is a tough one or an easy one, to be honest.
What is it about Pumyra’s physical appearance that is unique compared to all other Thunderians that we have seen?
Round pupils? [emoji51]
Bam, you got it! Even the comic books didn’t get this detail right (the few times Pumyra was even seen). I haven’t looked yet…did the latest figure from Mattell do them right?
Edit: Just did a quick google search as my figure is still packaged and packed away. Yap, Mattell got it right! Though, the mini-mate from a couple years back made her eyes like all the others. Its a real easy detail to miss I guess.
BTW, yer up zaxfactor!
Thanks for the prod! Here’s a fairly easy one.
What’s the only episode in which we see the Mutants engaged in battle with Mumm-Ra?
“Unholy Alliance”?
Hmmm. No, that’s not the one I had in mind. Apart from the Pyramid taking down their spaceship, all their interactions in that episode are entirely verbal. The answer I’m looking for involves both sides actively fighting against each other.
“Spaceship beneath the sands”?
The Super Power Potion - Vultureman takes on Mumm-Ra in that one.
Oh, I was thinking of “Trapped” or even “Monkian’s Bargain”
“Trapped” was the one I had in mind, since it’s the Mutants (plural) battling Mumm-Ra. Those other examples are one-on-one.
You’re up, ButterflyBoy.
Excluding five-parters, name an episode that heavily features a character that originated from an episode(s) written by William Overgard but was NOT written by William Overgard.
“Sideswipe” features Mandora.
Yes, however “Sideswipe” was also written by William Overgard. I’m looking for an episode written by someone but features an Overgard character.
“Hachiman’s Honor”. Which I think is what I meant to say in the first place.
Got it! Your turn, Liam
