Young Justice had Wally and Artemis living together as boyfriend and girlfriend. Also, Artemis’ choice of PJ’s kind of heavily hint toward the ..nature of their relationship. Ya know, assuming the shacking up part wasn’t hint enough.
Also, Roy and Jade got married and have a daughter. That implies some ‘stuff’ too.
One married couple, and one bf/gf couple.
Though we will never seen anything explicit, writers have ways of communicating little details to the audience without being obvious to little children.
Something tells me despite the fandom’s idea of Tygra as a playboy and ladie’s cat he actually has no idea what to do with a girl once he has her. He’s a Tiger, a predator and hunter, he’s more interested in the chase.
Yeah, he hasn’t been the greatest boyfriend to Cheetara. She seems to overlook his flaws, though. So far Lion-O has been 10x better to Pumyra than Tygra to Cheetara and Lion-O hasn’t known Pumyra for as long.
Not really, he’s constantly cared about her well-being since the beginning, while Tygra bashed Cheetara’s beliefs about the curse in “Curse of Ratilla”.
I wasn’t saying that he was a bad boyfriend, he’s a bit of a jerk to other people but he hasn’t treated Cheetara badly since they got together (His mockery of curses wasn’t an attack on her so much as it was an excuse to look cool in front of her). I’m saying that he really doesn’t know how to be a boyfriend at all. His actions and conversations with Cheetara in “Curse of Ratilla” sound like he still trying to get her to like him, she already likes him there’s no need for that.
He also doesn’t seem all that keen on public displays of affection (as in in front of the other cats), he has nothing against flirting (because it’s cool), but when it comes to things like hand-holding or kissing Cheetara usually has to be aggressor and make the first move. Compare that to Lion-O who is shown a couple of times trying to initiate intimate contact with Pumyra, even in front of the other cats. He even spends all of “Recipe for Disaster” openly pining for her and doesn’t seem to care what the other cats think.
Please don’t think I’m saying Lion-O is better than Tygra, I’m just saying they’re different.
I guess it would. Maybe the fourth stone is an opposite to the war stone, which would be a peace stone. There is a spirit stone and a tech stone. In my opinion, they sound like opposites.
Huh, I didn’t get that from COR at all. I just thought he was being a show boat. It seems like his approach with his relationships is different from what you have come to expect, but to me it doesn’t look odd. Different strokes for different folkes.
As for liking the chase, wouldnt that require him to actually chase her? Remember, Tygra never “chased” Cheetara. She came to him.
Okay well maybe an explanation of what it’s powers would be is a little out there, but I think it would be with a marine species, because a lot of the time, water is associated with community, adaption, and love. If the stone were relevant to peace, then henceforth, the element of community and love fits.
If that still sound OOC for sharks than think of it this way. A lot of predators don’t attack because they can. Many attack because they’re scared that a human or any other animal could pose as a threat. That would be loving instinct taking over, and fighting now because you can, but because you have to to keep the ones you love living.
Well, to tell you the truth, sharks, especially great whites, only “attack” anything they see, mainly cos they see everything in their path as food. After all, great white shark-mothers sometimes eat some of their children before they get a chance to grow up.
sigh I guess you have a point there… it does seem a little unrealistic, but again - it was a supporting theory I had for someone else’s idea. But in a way, it support my original idea which was…
