i got some replies from him, he called me a low-life ***** lol. I did notice that that crummy berbil belle on a minis card he did write that “I got this from another auction, if it’s a reseal i didn’t do it and someone else did a custom” because he apparently got a lot of emails. I’d highly suggest that you question his authenicity to him, not be rude like me, at first to see if this can maybe start making him at least say “this is or might be a reseal” if enough of us question it. Oh, also he told me to not be jealous b/c he has so much stuff and is a “true” thundercats fan, and that only true fans should bid. anyways true thindercats fans and collectors are not the ones that bid on these things obvioulsy b/c we don’t bid on them.

Those crappy things used to be the prizes at the Fair or Church Picnics when you would play one of the games at a booth for a dime, they were to knock-off the Turtles cause they were like Leonardo’s and Shredder’s. I probably have a half dozen in my attic. If I can find them I’ll put out a lot of them under the same tag-line just to mess with him lol.
At least this isn’t blatantly ripping off anybody, no worked up Hachiman LJN box or anything! The Berbil on a mini’s card was pretty silly…
I filed my complaints and I haven’t gotten any official word on anything yet, obviously he is still selling on ebay so nothing too strict and no money back from paypal yet. :0(

You can report all of Dancot/justcotto’s fraudulent listings to eBay if you go to the bottom of the page and click on “Report this item” under the “Other Listings” category. Reason for report will be “fraudulent listings” and detailed reason is “You suspect that a listing is fraudulent you didn’t bid”. Maybe if eBay is inundated with fraud reports for Dancot/justcotto, we will be able to get rid of at least one scammer (until he probably re-emerges with a new eBay ID). At least we’d be doing our parts.

Seeing auctions like this upsets me; seeing these sellers that are intentionally defrauding honest people upsets me even more.
