Been lurking in the froum for sometime now. Before the premiere of the show, during Comic-Con when the crew were asked about Lion-o/Cheetara sparks, Emmanuelle Chriqui, the voice actor for cheetara said something along the line “Ya.., well you know it keeps on evolving, and it is a good storyline” so i think Cheetara was flirting back in those episodes. Wonder what will happen when they introduce Pumyra…
The point being was her behavior towards him, not his response to her. A girl can’t always help a guy who’s going to become interested in a girl he’s near, but a girl can be smart in how she acts to minimalize the possibility of creating such interest if she’s not interested in that guy. Cheetara wasn’t being smart. She pressed herself against him, back or front, you don’t do that if you’re not interested in a guy. She’s touched his hand with affection. And she’s kissed him. These are things girls know not to do to a guy they’re not interested in. Jus’ sayin.’ 
Seriously. Sometimes I feel bad for guys, at least chicks are better at hiding it:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Evolving doesn’t mean its romantic. I would hope there relationship grows between now and the series finale. I hope all of the team relationships grow.
Besides she cant spoil the show. She was giving what she thought were ambiguous answers at best.
Personally, I think it’s silly for Lion-O/Tygra to fight over Cheetara considering their brothers and to let one female come between them is a shame…Cheetara is making a fool of them two lol! It kinda remind me of “Saved By The Bell”, when Zack and Slater fought over Kelly. Until Kelly ultimately chose Zack in the end of the series!
You raise interesting points. So how they showed Cheetara is really questionable about her character. If they introduced the flashback at least 2 or 3 episodes prior, then it wouldn’t have appeared “too soon” on the whole matter. Still, she shouldn’t have touched his hand, or kissed him on the cheek to give him false hope if she actually intended to or not.
Seeing the face on Lion-O at the end leads one to think on how he would actually be like with Cheetara afterwards. Plus, if there is another romantic interest, either Pumyra or a totally new character, how would Lion-O approach that. Would he be afraid of rejection and create a shell around him? Yea he has his duty to defeat Mumm-Ra and bring the animals together, and he has his love for his brother but in a sense he is alone now.

also what if she thinks of Lion-O like a brother? family members will definitely get into your personal space.
Um… touch is a very, very important part of communication, especially when someone is disbelieving of the point you are trying to convey. And depending on the situation, strangers of the opposite sex will offer comfort via touch that others may view as “too close” or “flirting” (tho I am veeerrry cautious with young guys). I do it constantly. It’s a part of my job description, but hey, you can tell when another person truly cares about you and your feelings.
Granted, I think girl may have been flaunting her game a bit, and there were plenty of times she was seen with Tygra in the background doing absolutely nothing. We could say this is a good use of that supposed “nothingness.”
I know, evolving can go anywhere, I am only saying back then in the episode.
it was pointed out by a few people, including a teacher, in the Love Triangle thread that some students (ie Lion-O) require a more personal, tender approach.
it was obvious that nothing that Tygra or Panthro said or did was helping Lion-O, and he wasnt able to push himself, so Cheetara stepped in with a more intimate approach to TEACHING him. every time they had a moment where it could be seen as flirting or her showing interest in him, it was always a teaching moment or a moment where he needed specific guidance or support.
there were no intimate moments between them that werent directly related to her trying to help his character development
I don’t think Lion-O cares about losing Cheetara as much as he cares about losing Cheetara to Tygra. He’ll bounce back, I don’t think he was in love with her or anything.
According to the dialouge, the astral plane was destroyed. Grune was crushed to death/vaporized in the energy collapse/implosion. The gate to the astral plane was not closed with grune on the inside, the astral plane was anhilated from existance, and Grune with it. Though yes, he could return as a ghost.

I don’t think so. I think speaking his mind in the Astral Plane and Cheetara reciprocating his feelings will change him for the better. I think Tygra is going to mellow out and start to act more like the OS Tygra.

Journey to the Tower of Omens. When Lion-O was trying to use Sight Beyond Sight to find the tower. Cheetara was giving him advice and walked up behind him and pressed her chest against his back and put her head over his shoulder to pretty much talk into his ear. Kind of hard to misinterpret that as anything but being interested in Lion-O. Lion-O was being pretty obvious about his interest in Cheetara so her continuing to do stuff like kiss him on the cheek should not be done if she isn’t interested in him.
Personally, I think we should’ve at least gotten at least one obvious hint that Cheetara was interested in Tygra so that way you can’t say it came out of nowhere.
