He seems like he’d be the “team bad@$$” like Pumyra but more of a martial-arts based fighter.
It seems he is Blind. So, he would use kind of the same abilities like Toph from Avatar. He would use smell and vibration.
I’d say more smell for him, considering he is a cat. Hearing will probably be a huge factor as well.

If Mumm-Ra had Bengali on his side he would have sent him to infiltrate the Thundercats a long time ago, so I don’t think that is a possibility.
If Bengali were to appear it’d probably be a situation where he was cast out of the Tiger Clan shortly before Tygra was born because he looks different. The tigers are proud and all that, so ditching an albino kid wouldn’t be out of the question for them.
Maybe Mumm-ra conjures bengali up from the pass and the spell turned his hair white.
That’s one way to go about it. Doing something like that is very OS Mumm-Ra, too. 
Since Pumyra is the resident hot-head this time maybe Bengali is the zen master, sitting back quietly and meditating while others argue only to say something profound (or many just profound-sounding) when he finally gets a word in edgewise.
oh… a Zen Buddhist sounds exciting. (especially since Bengal tigers do have homes in the India and Bangladesh region) And I think with that kind of dynamic, it would be really interesting how problems are solved… but it also might put Cheetara out of a job, since she’s usually the cool and calm cat.
As with Lynxo, I doubt we’ll be seeing Bengali, at least this season. Unlike Lynxo though, I won’t miss Bengali.
Thinking it properly, there’s no reason for Bengali now, IMO, unless it’s to please his OS fans. I always thought he was introduced in the OS to replace Tygra some way, with a hot temper and make it more appealable for kids, because you can’t have a show based on big cats and exclude a tiger. But given that the resident tiger wasn’t that much popular (again, don’t get why lol), they brought another tiger, and made him white this time to make them different.
But now, Tygra being hot-tempered himself and kinda popular, and almost all well-known big cats already represented, I don’t see a reason for Bengali.
If he is introduced though, I think all the theories you have came with are possible, and even more, could be combined.
He could be a Tiger from Javan’s clan who was banned because he was born white, which was a bad omen (he could be or not Tygra’s brother). Because he grew up resented, he decided to join Mumm-Ra… he might be with the Mutants (after all, the Cats are also mutants lol). The TCs find him, and Lion-o and Tygra turn him to the “good side”; Lion-o because, well, he’s the king and all that, and Tygra because he can talk him into not making the same mistakes all the other Tigers, and even him in a lesser degtree, made: let their pride and resentment rule his life. Even Pumyra can help in making him see how anger is not the way.
“Zen Bengali” Wouldn’t put Cheetara out of a job, she’s a cleric who work with magic and other mystical powers and abilities. He would be more like having an Elephant on the crew all the time (although not as hilariously forgetful).
Another (of the endless) possibility is that he’s a bit like Rambo, he tries hard to reign himself in and stay in that peaceful zen mindset, but he has a rage boiling under the surface.

Zen Ben-Gali, more like “Zen-Gali” LOL. I’d like to see the Hammer of Thundera though.
The hammer would be super sized than the OS if he was in the NS
Maybe Bengali could show up in one epsideo only. He could be an old, wise white Tiger, with a blacksmith herritage, who knows many of the secrets of the SoO, and the TCs find him in their journey just when something happened to the sword (like the “All that Glitters” OS ep).

Brilliant idea having your main cast of younger characters AGE in a show in which you are trying to target a young audience (You getting this people who want to see Lion-o age too?)
Only excpetion to this is if they animated Betty White and put her in the NS. Take that Pumyra you psycho *****.
I had thought of that too, Bengali could be associated with the SoO, in the OS his ancestors forged the mighty weapon but since we know in the NS that the elf-like race was responsible for the sword’s making it’d be kind of difficult to include this scenario.To me he could have a similar upbringing and back story like Pumyra, i envision him as a savage who tried to survive the fall of Thundera fighting his way out and ending in a wild jungle with wild races.
