I have a feeling that when Bengali shows up he will be loyal to Mumm-ra! (since the tigers stayed loyal to mumm-ra) Maybe he is Mumm-ra’s pilot in the season finally!

Or he could be loyal to Mumm-Ra but Lion-O will convince him that he’s on the wrong side. I think Tygra would have something to do with it. I actually think him being on Mumm-Ra’s side is a definite possibility, but I doubt he’ll stay that way.
It’s very possible because Bengali actually looks quite sinister on the Season 2 Volume 1 disc cover and the ThunderCats 80s group pic t-shirt.
I agree he would turn good in the end, but hopefully it will not be too easy to turn him good. The idea of mumm-ra being betrayed by a cat again just like Leo did in the pass goes perfect with the concept of the pass repeating itself.
Also, I prefer this theory over the whole “Oh, Pumyra is a spy!” theory.
