On Saturday, Oct 2, 2010 Zoloworld will be having their second Toy and Comic Show of 2010 in Willingboro, N.J. right off route 130 at the Grand Marketplace. The event will start at 10:00AM and end at 5:00. This is a one day event.We will be having a costume contest as well! Come in your best costume and you could win a prize! Discounts given to people in costumes for food and select stores in the mart!

After the enormous feedback and success of the first show in February, Zoloworld has a bigger event planned for everyone in October!

OMG! That is only an hour and a half away from where I live. If Larry is going to be there, then I’m definitely going! That would be so cool if I could meet him in person!

How ironic, according to Yahoo maps…this is near Allentown NJ and I live in Allentown Pa. ROFLMAO

Also, I don’t have any college classes on Saturday so I can definitely go.

My husband is 23 years older than me so it would be cool for him to see comics and toys from the 1950’s when he was a kid.

This store is great to visit anytime ur in south jersey. They occasionally carry moc figures and usually have loose ones for sale.

Also does anyone have any contact details for Lynn Lypton or other voices contact details other than Larry’s? I have an autograph from Larry next to my Hard Hero Lion-o which looks amazing and would love my HH cheetara with an autograph and the same with tygra/Bengali

Shaking Larry kenney’s hand and getting an autograph,maybe at the base of HH’s Lion-o Staue!, is one great reason to attend this convention…DAMN it i am too far away:mad:

I am a bit off topic with this question, but i was wondering when ZoloWorlds will release the Standard protective cases for the thundercats toys?

Last time I was out of the state of Pa for a vacation or a trip was in 1980 when I was four years old going to the Jersey shore. I’ve been out of the state of Pa twice, while I was working for a moving company back in 2000 over the summer as a packer but that sucked big time and I won’t go into details.

Other than that, I’ve never been out of the state. I could really use a fun day trip again. And what better way to do it, to see Larry Kenney. Yes, I will be taking pictures and I would like to post them here.

Sounds like a lot of fun. My girlfriend might take me so HOOOOO!!! :slight_smile: I’m thinking of taking my large Thundercats poster to get autographed by the one and only, Larry Kenny. Anyone else think its a good idea?

I just recently posted this again myself along with an interview with Larry Kenney, last email he sent he’s looking forward to the show and hanging out with the fans :slight_smile:

Talking about autographs Mike aka Zoloworld, I’ll have to call you on this. But Tony said he’d watch the table while I helped Larry.

I still want to go, I think my kids would love it too, especially if they could hear his impression of Sonny. If I’m lucky he might do it for a second or two. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Larry many times via scheduled chat sessions on Purrsia’s site and when I briefly owned EOT. ..hmm, that gives me an idea…

Gee, I wonder if TCL would be interested in an IRC chat with Larry. I could set an IRC channel up again so us fans could chat with him. Everytime I emailed Larry for an IRC chat, he was up for it. He’s such a sweetie to me. However he is now working on the new show and might not be able to due to a busy schedule. But I won’t bother him if not many fans are not interested in chatting with him. I usually shoot for Saturdays EST time. He and I are both in the EST timezone. I like 4pm EST time so our friends across the pond (England) can chat with him. If you folks are serious, I could advertise on Purrsia’s site and contact EOT via Azmom.

If I could get more than ten people that would be interested in an IRC chat, I would e-mail him. Bare in mind folks, if we do this chat, please try to be on your best behavior. Limit the naughty language, even though Larry is a comedian and uses off-colored humor, let’s not insult others or drop the F-bomb several times…wait till after he leaves and then we can let loose and goof off :slight_smile: Also, we know he is working on the new show and can’t talk about it, so don’t pester him about it and try to needle him for info, he’ll leave the chat if you do. So use your best judgment.

If we decide on this, I will ask my friend Purrsia to use her chatroom. Larry is good friends with her and when I scheduled chats in the past, I always used her room. He always goes by the name “swordbearer” It’s been over three years since I scheduled the last chat. I think we are about due. Besides I do archive the chat with Larry and Purrsia posts it on her site. Also, this does give us a nice opportunity to meet one another.

Larry’s a great guy to chat with, we chatted with him on the phone not long ago and he told us some great stories about when Thundercats came out. And I’ve heard a few things on the new Thundercats cartoon from Larry, just over the phone, but I know the plot must remain a secret so I know he’d beat me if I said anything. But he is a great to chat with.

For anyone that can’t make it to the show itself, I’m sure one of us can get an autograph for you. Between Mike, Myself and talking to Larry, I think we’ve set a price on how much the autographs will be, first fans will have to buy a ticket and then go up and meet Larry. This way Larry doesn’t have to deal with telling fans how much it is for an autograph, he can just enjoy his time talking with the fans instead.

I had an ABSOLUTE great time. Larry was super amazing and he signed both of my posters AND my girlfriend lol! We took a bunch of pictures and I also met the ever so sexy baroness! Grrrrr. One of my favorite memories for sure and I would love to do it again.

Agreed. There are a few anime conventions popping up here and there but nothing like this.
