The kittens, they’ve both been just about perfect with great scenes and especially WilyKit who took the lead between them with the spicy cone moment and Lion-O so far, loved the techie side and the balance of making him the hot-headed type but not the stupid type, he had several occasions right from the premiere where he went quiet when he was beaten or made a bad mistake.
So far, it’s got to be Lion-o and the kittens. I’m not sure why, but it is.
I have no favorite character so far. The series has only been on for three weeks, not long enough for me to decide who I like the best. 
Mines Cheetara.
Going to say Tygra because I’m biased, But I"m really loving Cheetara too.
Is it wrong to really not like Lion-O all that much? Because I don’t really like him.
I’m going to say my favorite at this point is Wilykit.
i was gonna say something about this as well, but wasnt sure what kind of backlash i would get.
so far he comes across as a spoiled bratty prince that suddenly finds himself with the crown without the benefit of actually earning the spot.
in the new episode he basically came across with “um, you have to do what i said cause i said so and you have to do it cause Dad put me in charge”
i had a hard time reconciling him having reactions like that and then supposedly being a suitable role model for the Petalars
i recognize that he should mature over time to become the great leader, but his characterization is just too all over the place for me to really care how or if he grows
I wont go as far as to say I dont like him. But I dont like him as much as the others. Consistency is playing a large role in my perception of all of the characters. I liked Tygra because I have a general affection for his character trope. I like the roguish sweetheart. He was also very animated and had some great one liners in the first episodes. Loved his VA in the premier.

I am not seeing the same Tygra in these last two episodes. In the ROTR he acted more like episode 1-2 Lion-O. Wanting to do the right thing. No sarcasm, just blindly following Lion-O with little to no emotional reaction. Yeah Lion-O’s the king, but does that trump the natural sibling relationship I was applauding in the premier?
SOTP he was acting like a snotty little brat. No humor no wit just jerkish.
Back to Lion-O. He’s the hero. I wont speak for you, but I hold him to a different standard. I dont want him to start out squeaky clean, but I also want to see him DEVELOP into the character as time goes on. That means a quick but reasonable fumble here and there.
Everyone going along with his plans isnt going to make him seem like less of a snot. It’ll just make them look like a pack of mindless sheep.
So far in this series Lion-O and Cheetara are my favorite characters. Tygra is really bugging me because his attitude toward Lion-O is really poor at times and I sense a bit of jealousy. The kittens are a nice element for children to relate to and I can tolerate them. As for Snarf he is a complete waste of existence in this series and is nothing more than a Pokemon to me.

Since I was a :panthro: fan of the OS, I’m going to wait until the next episode airs to post for sure.
Still, you gotta give the guys props for charging in like the cavalry in the new Thundertank.

So far the twins have worked their magic on me. I’m going to be interested to see how they fit into the scheme of things!
