What’s up ThunderCats Fans. I know you all have seen the relaunch of the thundercats that just got released in October and nobody has been taking about it and the most popular comic reviewers are still not interested in reading or making any reviews about because we know what happen that last time the reboot of the thundercats series which end in a disaster and the loyal ThunderCats fans blamed the last writer for almost everything that happens.
As you all know the TC community isn’t as energized or vocal about the comics right now, there are several factors from the fandom’s perspective and I will explain the reasons why the relaunch will be more of a big miss than a hit.

The thundercats relaunch comic discourse is currently being drowned out by major Hollywood developments.YES YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT
Beacuse I heard from a source, I was told in mid-2026, Warner Bros. officially confirmed that there will be a new theatrical ThunderCats animated movie and is in active development. Because a major cinematic movie has been a decades-long pipe dream for this fandom, casual and hardcore fans alike are focusing most of their energy discussing the film, upcoming toy lines like the Mondo figures, or other tracking general animation news.
I’m Sorry to tell you this Greg Pak and David Cousens, Unless you find a way to punish Calica or kill her in the series, Most of the loyal TC fans will never accept Calica as a thundercat and everything bad thing she has done and was never punished for it. I suggest you guys better fix the storyline or history will be doomed to repeat itself and you both don’t want that.
By the way, I will be posting about that traitor spy calica and why she is the main reason why fans had lost interested in ThunderCats and why the relaunch will totally suck really bad so you writers and artist better get ready for a rude awakening!
