If you had been able to audition for a voice role in the new show, who would you have wanted to voice?
Personally, Cheetara, I think it’d be the most fun to voice her interacting with the others, especially Tygra. ;):D:thumbsup: I don’t think she’d be particularly hard to do as I don’t feel her voice in the original series had very notable characteristics to it, not like Tygra and Panthro.
Re: Cheetara - Her voice had a husky, almost masculine quality to it. It really sounded like she was reaching to attain a Kathleen Turner sound.
Who would I have auditioned for… likely Ta-Shee.
Who is Ta-Shee? I could do the deeper voice.
I would try for panthro. I am worried that the actor that will be voicing him will have too deep a voice. I actually thought the original voice actor did a great job and it will be hard to hear someone else do it. I wish they didnt make such drastic visual changes to him (Panthro) too.
Cheetara sounded very vaudvil to me alot of the time. Watching the episodes now she sounded just…too roid’ed up at times.
I’d voice Kit. I have that childish high pitched tone and can talk -really- fast…hooray New England..>XD

I think i would like to voice Lynx-o. He always sounded to me like he had a british accent and as I am a brit i think that would be cool
Being Tygra my favorite TC, I’d go for him.
If not, I might pick Wilykat, as my voice could be kind of nasal/childish at times.
When it comes to villains, I think Vultureman or Jackalman would be my choices.

Mumm-Ra. For some reason, good guys never attract me as much as bad guys do. I always imitate the evil ones like Megatron. I managed to get somewhat close to Mumm-Ra’s voice, but dang, it hurts my throat. I wonder how Earl Hammond managed to do him without getting a sore throat.
But if I had to pick a good guy, it would be Lion-O or Tygra.
Ooh, I think Tygra would sound great with a British accent. I love accents. Bengali with an Australian accent. 
Hah I’m all for a British accent for Tygra and an Australian one for Bengali! Brits are smart so it works, and Australians are sexy so that works too!
Hm..too bad not too many female villians besides Luna, and Chilla. Both would kill my throat but I’d have to say I could pull Luna off pretty well…shameface!
There’s also Ta-She and Tartara, and of heroes there’s Madora and the Warrior Maidens. I choose Ta-She not because I could imitate the voice but because I have that evil streak in me that would love to strike people down with just a gaze. I’d give it my best “phone voice”. 
The berbils would be fun and either vultureman or jackalman. Oh I would have fun with Slitheee too. Pity the new slitheee doesnt talk the same (well from what we saw)
Since I think my voice is very child-like, I’d say Rober-Belle.
Or perhaps Wilykit?
I would voice Lion-O or Monkian. I can sound a lot like Monkian, with all his verbal ooks and ahs. Vultureman too, probably.
I could see myself as her also. 
Luna’s voice will give you a sore throat. I’ve pulled off a fair imitation of it a few times, and I can never keep it up for long. I’ve pulled off something close to Willa’s voice, too, although since some fans find her voice annoying, I’m not sure what that says about how I sound in real life. 
Interesting tidbit: In 2004 I met Larry Kenney, Lynne Lipton, Peter Newman, and Gerriane Raphael at Empire Fan Fest. They said that Mumm-Ra’s voice was apparently so taxing that Earl Hammond would come in some days and just say, “Sorry, I can’t do Mumm-Ra today.” Apparently he used to do a lot of his Mumm-Ra scenes in one shot so he didn’t have to do the voice as often.
