Mummra is the oldest of the bad guys but who is the oldest of the mutants. The thundercats? Aren’t Kit and KAt the same age as Lion-o:liono
I imagine Slithe or Vultureman being the oldest mutants.
As for the twins and Lion-O, I know he was 12 before his growth spurt. Nothing official was said about Kat & Kit. Apparently, they were in a guidance position towards Lion-O like the others, so it makes sense for them to be a touch older, perhaps by a few months or a year.
The order is:
1)The older of the Thundercats is Jaga. Which is preety obvious since he was a protector of the Lord’s family and a good friend of Claudus back in thundera, also he is depicted throught the episodes as an old man.
2)Panthro. The second eldest after Jaga
3)Tygra. The architect of the lair and all of the Thundercats designs and structures in Third Earth. Much to our surprise, he is also the second-in-command as Lion-o appointed him in “All that Glitters”. Normally, we would expect Panthro to take the mantle as an older member but Tygra is very smart and tactical. About his age, i do not think he is much older or much younger than Cheetara,they should be around the same age but generally Tygra as he is often described compared to her, he is more experienced and level-headed.
4)Cheetara. She is the only adult female of the team until Pumyra appeared, Her attractive look is followed by an earnest and mature character. Despite the unique and only moment of the series in 'Sixth Sense" where she showed romantic feelings towards Lion-o her serious-high pitched voice provided a maternal-like essence and weightiness especially when talking to Lion-o, i’ve listened Lynne Lipton to interviews admiting that she did so on purpose in order to reveal the mother figure necessary to exist for the upbringing of a young leader.

Lion-o. He was 12 years old at the time of Thundera’s destruction.The malfunction of his suspension capsule resulted in aging to adulthood very fast,actually he is a child in a man’s body. We learn at the begining of the anointment trials that he had just turned 20 years old,The 5-parts trials start at episode 37 so i guess Lion-o should have been 18 when he landed to Third Earth.

Twin siblings. Wilykit and Wilykat are the youngest members of the team. In the first episode exodus they seemed to be older than Lion-o and well-versed in combat and weaponry as we see them fighting mutants along with the other Thundercats,there is even one scene where Wilykat is sitting next to Tygra on the control room of the flagship programing some coordinations on the screen,also Jaga in front of the team is saying to Lion-o how important it is to uphold the code of Thundera under the guidance and help of the nobles,he adds emphatically “…even Wilykat and Wilykit will be teaching the skills you need…”. so i believe the thunderKittens in reality should be older than Lion-o!! Wilykit is the elder of the twins.
7)Among the trio of the new thundercats, Lynx-o is the oldest of them by far. Bengali i believe comes second and is much closer to Tygra in age and appearance besides there are speculations that they might be cousins or there is a clan releationship between them since they are both tigers.Pumyra is the young female addition of the team.
I thought Bengali was younger, closer to Lion-o’s new age, though I agree Pumyra is the youngest of the adult Thundercats.
I always thought that Jaga saying that meant the thunderkittens were younger than Lion-O even before he aged, though I never thought by much.

As for the mutants, I’d say Rataro is the oldest, with Slithe being similar.
Prince Lion-O
Hmmmmm…some of you are way off here. I have observed Lion-O very carefully ever since the ThunderCats first aired, and I can see that even with his prematurely tall height and sensational physical growth, he is still very vividly and distinctively the youngest of all of the adult ThunderCats. Lion-O actually aged only several years of the 10 years through his journey from Thundera to Third Earth, so if he was 12 then, that would put him at about 18 or 19 now.
Jaga is the oldest, with Lynx-O being the second oldest, possibly in his late 60’s-early 70’s. Snarf is probably in the same age range as Lynx-O but somewhat younger, perhaps the equivolent of a human in his early 60’s, (although I don’t know how that would count for Snarf years). Panthro would be the fourth eldest, close to his mid-40’s, and Tygra is a few years younger than Panthro, likely in his very early 40’s.
Cheetara is in her early 30’s, and Bengali and Pumyra are somewhat younger than Cheetara yet much older than Lion-O, placing them at their mid-twenties to late-twenties.
Lion-O was initially around a year younger than Wilykat and Wilykit at the start of the show, putting him at 12 and the Wilykids at about 13. Wilykit and Wilykat probably aged several months during suspension, making them possibly 13 1/2 or nearly 14, whereas Lion-O grew about six or seven years as I mentioned.
I believe that Lion-O went through a massive growth spurt, which probably causes people to think that at a distance, he appears closer to Bengali’s and Pumyra’s ages. However, on closer observation, you will note the incredible tightness and youthfulness of the physique, the freshly young, smooth, and nearly boyish face, the big mop of untamed fiery hair somewhat wavering over a line between that of an punk rebel and tousle-haired little boy and know that he’s really all hardly more than an overdeveloped adolescent. I believe Lion-O’s artists created him that way deliberately, to put a character who is essentially a growing youngster in an awkward and sometimes overwhelming position by endowing him with a physically powerful (and dare I say, flaming-hot), body, that he barely knows what to do with, along with a powerful position as leader of the team, and by allowing the theme of the entire series to center around his coming-of-age—all of which through the course of the series, he does very beautifully—all of this makes for a very dynamic and unparalleled young hero. :liono
