Despite the many beautiful figures and playsets that LJN created for the Thundercats, there still a lot of secondary characters/vehicles in the show (such as Dr Dometone, Inflamer, Jaguara etc.) that were never made into toys.
Imagine that it is the 1980s and you are the president of LJN, which figure/vehicle/playset would you want to be made?
There are quite a few but for me the Lunataks, Inflamer, Mandora, and Plutar are some of the first that come to mind.
For me it wouldn’t be toys, it would be the maquets. I would use those as models for drawings because they’re three-dimensional. 
I’m kinda surprised that they never made a “Castle Plun-Darr” playset. The Thundercats have their Lair , Mumm-ra has his Tomb Fortress but where do the poor mutants go? 
Willa. I believe because she was a ‘warrior’ Maiden and did actually have some action in the cartoon, that she would have sold fine.
Castle Plundarr would be the playset. I always loved the design of that in the cartoon.

I am expecting to be released and he will, and i hope the rest of the fans, especially the new ones, haven’t forgot that Lion-O will grow up during the show and as the first concept art that we saw, 2 years ago, attests the adult Lion-O will look awesome.

I actually have custom figures and vehicles of almost everything on your list because I was displeased that LJN did not make so many items… I don’t have the better Mummra pyramid, Castle Plundar, Technopede, Tower of Omens. Doji Kage (near future project), or the Gaw Rak Rak. If you look under the customs thread, you can see my Thunderstrike vehicle. In all, my current custom collection has over 65 figures and vehicles that were never made, but I still have a long list of future projects (right now I finish about 2 a month).
By the way, we actually live fairly close to one another. Bordentown is less than 30 minutes from my home, and I pass by it every time I visit my friend in Princeton.

Totally agree with you there “Dr_SLUMP”. Since majority of the figures made were male, these two ladies would have been a very welcome addition to the line. 
I wanna see your custom figures of Willa and Nayda of the Warrior Maidens and also the Unicorn Keepers. Plus, Mandora and her Electrocharger.
I would like to have seen Willa and Nayda as figures too, I think they’d be pretty cool. I would also liked to have seen a full size Snowmeow - always was one of my favourites!

I should be uploading pictures of my custom collection towards the end of April / early May. Right now, I am a visiting professor at a university that is four hours away from my home / collection. I think the line could have used some more female characters, so:
Willa, Nayda and/or Mandora for the good guys and Ta-She and/or Queen Tartara for the bad guys.
Other characters that would have been fun as figures:
Claudus with Kano, The Demolisher, a generic Giantor and/or Trollog
And ofcourse the Lunatacs.
For me its the Lunataks and maybe a generic Lizard soldier, those I could see as realistic figures.
Im all for Mandora and Willa, but in my opinion had they been made they would have peg warmed like crazy
