I saw tonight on Thundercats Wiki that the next ep is slotted to be aired March 2nd…that’s in 2 weeks. Super excited.
Also, Wikipedia says that season 2 started airing a couple weeks ago in Ireland. Dunno what’s up with that…
I only saw the news on Thundercats Wiki, though. No where else yet.
Don’t trust air dates on Thundercats Wiki until you see them elsewhere. That’s also the place that said the new episodes were going to be aired last December.

New ThunderCats?
Unfortunately, I don’t live in Ireland! :lionomad: Any idea when they’re gonna play the new episodes in the U.S.? Last I heard, we weren’t going to see any new episodes until December of this year.
Wow…thats a bit of a stretch if you ask me! December 2012? Although, for the Season 2, if thats what you meant, I can see that…if CN was dragging their feet.
But for the final eps for Season 1? Many are now looking at March. 
Just keep your fingers crossed…and hope for the best!
I know I’m whining at this point, but I need to vent. Why in the @#$% has CN or WB not posted some form of something somewhere regarding the show? We all know it is coming back on, apparently soon, why the heck aren’t they promoting it with even a 10 second ad on CN??? RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE!
It wouldn’t be long before the Series continues, there is no way to take a year to come back!Just think rationally!The Thundercats premiere attained a rating of 0.9 and over 3 million viewers,that’s very good scoring,IGN as well as many other reviews have only positive things to say for the new Thundercats.Also, from what i’ve been reading the Toys sell like crazy.It would be stupid at his point on WB’s behalf to stop the train now that is speeding!!

Slightly off subject, but they better have done good!!! Becuase look at the terrible job they did on some of the other cartoons, like Voltron 
. Lord…it was aweful! Embarrassingly bad!! So I am thankful they didn’t mess up the nS thundercats!!! I pay no attention to people that dont like the NS and the changes in the stories, charachters, etc. They’ve made the right changes!!! And it gave it good ratings!
(They seriously need to continue playing with the movie idea…it wasn’t too bad…but maybe work on the CG charachter of LionO a bit more…he looked too…i dont know. I can’t get over the Hair I saw on him.):eek:

just saw a looiooooonnng commercial about the DC comics event on March 3rd…showed all the new shows coming on…Green Lantern, and some others…NO THUNDERCATS.

It must have been at least 1:30 long..this commercial…and at the end saying all cartoons starting on CN on March 3rd…but TC got nothing in that commercial.

why such a great show…great ratings…other DVD coming out…but it gets nothing as far as teasers for new eps? Are they playing the “opposite game” here…where they are trying to advertise the not so popular shows…because they know the NS thundercats are doing just fine on their own???:lionomad:

Nothing suggests the show is in danger. It’s just taking a breather. This isn’t particularly weird. Young Justice and Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated had similar.
Shows airing in foreign territories first is nothing new. I remember experiencing the same with the second season of Spectacular Spider-Man and, again, Mystery Incorporated.
There’s no corporate conspiracy. Just allocation of product. The world isn’t going to end.

Uh of course you should pick it up lol, the OS is awesome. As is the new show. Man I hope it airs again soon.
I’ve checked Cartoon Network’s schedule on its website, and it has everything up to about a week in advance. We should check there tomorrow to see if ThunderCats is coming back next Saturday, because it’s not on the schedule for March 2.
In fact, CN has pretty much moved its normal Friday action black to Saturday mornings, and without very much advertisement either. New Ben 10 episodes have been airing Saturday mornings for a couple of weeks and I didn’t even know it. If I had to guess, I’d say ThunderCats is probably going to air on Saturdays too now.
As for why WB and CN aren’t telling us anything, maybe there’s some sort of conflict between them preventing it.

I wonder if there is a staff issue, a money issue, with the networks??? Is that too far fetched?

yeah i dont think anyone is going to buy it, i think there were several on the shelf…I think it wass like $14, so I was going to go by there today and grab it:)
Just be careful it is not some sort of Spanish Dub Copy. I found one of those at a Gas station the other day. The box looked identical except all the writing was in Spanish. 9.99 though great price. :rolleyes:
